dear sir/ madam re: bookkeeper/ office manager as a highly driven young lady with strengths in problem solving and inter-personal skills my experiences have taught me that good time management, effective listening , communication and meticulous planning are the key ingredients to execute any job successfully. with the above mentioned, i am extremely interested in submitting my application for the half day bookkeeper/office manager position. my biggest motivator in everything i do is to never become stale. this allows me to open and will myself into learning and growing, which has enabled me to acquire most of the skills and knowledge needed for the advertised post. my career growth went from being a customer service agent, where i had to master the skill of multitasking, effective listening and comprehension to accurately meet the customer individual needs. i then evolved to being an interaction specialist at engen petroleum and promoted a year later to a credit controller. due to the company having to restructure, it gave me the opportunity to progress to distell, where i currently work as an accounts payable clerk. my skills developed to working systematically and thoroughly, as i am dealing with company finances and confidential client information. with this, i can confidently say that i am the perfect candidate for this position. i have attached my curriculum vitae for more elaborate list of duties and responsibilities
