which of you convinceth me of sin? and if i say the truth, why do ye not believe me?
ከእናንተ ስለ ኃጢአት የሚወቅሰኝ ማን ነው? እውነት የምናገር ከሆንሁ እናንተ ስለ ምን አታምኑኝም?

or say on seeing the punishment : " if i could only return i would be among the good . "
ወይም ቅጣቱን በምታይ ጊዜ « ለእኔ ( ወደ ምድረ ዓለም ) አንድ ጊዜ መመለስ በኖረኝና ከበጎ አድራጊዎቹ በኾንኩ » ማለቷን ( ለመፍራት መልካሙን ተከተሉ ) ፡ ፡

and if any man hear my words, and believe not, i judge him not: for i came not to judge the world, but to save the world.
ዓለምን ላድን እንጂ በዓለም ልፈርድ አልመጣሁምና ቃሌን ሰምቶ የማይጠብቀው ቢኖር የምፈርድበት እኔ አይደለሁም።

yea, and if i be offered upon the sacrifice and service of your faith, i joy, and rejoice with you all.
ነገር ግን በእምነታችሁ መሥዋዕትና አገልግሎት ተጨምሬ ሕይወቴ እንኳ ቢፈስ፥ ደስ ብሎኛል፤ ከሁላችሁም ጋር አብሬ ደስ ብሎኛል፤

and if allah had not decreed migration for them , he verily would have punished them in the world , and theirs in the hereafter is the punishment of the fire .
በእነርሱም ላይ አላህ ከአገር መውጣትን ባልጻፈ ኖሮ በቅርቢቱ ዓለም በቀጣቸው ነበር ፡ ፡ ለእነርሱም በመጨረሻይቱ ( ዓለም ) የእሳት ቅጣት አልላቸው ፡ ፡

i'd have waited 500 more years for you, and if this was all the time we were allowed to have the wait was worth it. if i could, i would have you use me as your stepping stone
አንድ ሚሊዮን ፊቶችን አይቻለሁ ግን ከሮም የበለጠ ቆንጆ አይደለም ። ሁለት ጊዜ አይቻለሁ ፣ ግን የእርስዎ ብቻ እንደ ቤት ተሰማኝ ። የእርስዎ እጅ ብቻ አይደለም ፣ ግን እሱ በትክክል የተሰማኝ ብቸኛው እጅ ነው ። እኔ በጣም ብዙ ሰዎችን አግኝቻለሁ ነገር ግን አንተ ብቻ እኔን እንዲህ ያለ ፍቅር አደረጋችሁኝ. ከመሳምዎ በፊት እንኳን ከመሳምዎ በፊት እርስዎ ከተናገሩበት ጊዜ ጀምሮ ። እኔ 500 ተጨማሪ ዓመታት መጠበቅ ነበር, 1000 ዓመታት. እና ይህ ሁሉ ጊዜ ከሆነ እኛ እንዲኖረን ተፈቅዶልናል ። መጠበቁ ዋጋ ነበረው ። ብችል ኖሮ እንደ ድንጋይህ ትጠቀምብኛለህ

and if the twain strive with thee to make thee associate with me that for which thou hast no knowledge , then obey them not . and bear them thou company in the world reputably , and follow thou the path of him who turneth penitently unto me .
ለአንተ በእርሱ ዕውቀት የሌለህን ነገር በእኔ እንድታጋራ ቢታገሉህም አትታዘዛቸው ፡ ፡ በቅርቢቱም ዓለም ፤ በመልካም ሥራ ተወዳጃቸው ፡ ፡ ወደእኔም የተመለሰን ሰው መንገድ ተከተል ፡ ፡ ከዚያም መመለሻችሁ ወደእኔ ነው ፡ ፡ ትሠሩት የነበራችሁትንም ሁሉ እነግራችኋለሁ ፤ ( አልነው ) ፡ ፡

i am a person full of dreams, and if i start to recount all of my aspirations here, i will not even finish today.
gv: የወደፊት ትልሞችሽ ምን ምን ናቸው? ወደፊት ብዙ ህልሞች ያሉኝ ሰው ነኝ፡፡

say : if i err , i err only to my own loss , and if i am rightly guided it is because of that which my lord hath revealed unto me . lo !
« ብሳሳት የምሳሳተው በራሴ ላይ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡ ብመራም ጌታዬ ወደኔ በሚያወርደው ነው ፡ ፡ እርሱ ሰሚ ቅርብ ነውና » በላቸው ፡ ፡

say , " i hold not for myself [ the power of ] benefit or harm , except what allah has willed . and if i knew the unseen , i could have acquired much wealth , and no harm would have touched me .
« አላህ የሻውን በስተቀር ለእራሴ ጥቅምንም ጉዳትንም ማምጣት አልችልም ፡ ፡ ሩቅንም ( ምስጢር ) የማውቅ በነበርኩ ኖሮ ከመልካም ነገር ባበዛሁና ክፉም ነገር ባልነካኝ ነበር ፡ ፡ እኔ ለሚያምኑ ሕዝቦች አስፈራሪና አብሳሪ እንጂ ሌላ አይደለሁም » በላቸው ፡ ፡

i do not think that the hour is coming ; and if i am indeed returned to my lord , i shall surely find a better resort than this . '
« ሰዓቲቱንም ቋሚ ( ኋኝ ) ናት ብዬ አልጠረጥርም ፡ ፡ ( እንደምትለው ) ወደ ጌታዬም ብመለስ ከእርሷ የበለጠን መመለሻ በእርግጥ አገኛለሁ » ( አለው ) ፡ ፡

say : if i err , i err only against my own soul , and if i follow a right direction , it is because of what my lord reveals to me ; surely he is hearing , nigh .
« ብሳሳት የምሳሳተው በራሴ ላይ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡ ብመራም ጌታዬ ወደኔ በሚያወርደው ነው ፡ ፡ እርሱ ሰሚ ቅርብ ነውና » በላቸው ፡ ፡

and if i intend to give you good advice , my advice will not profit you if allah intended that he should leave you to go astray ; he is your lord , and to him shall you be returned .
« ለእናንተም ልመክራችሁ ብሻ አላህ ሊያጠማችሁ ሽቶ እንደ ኾነ ምክሬ አይጠቅማችሁም ፡ ፡ እርሱ ጌታችሁ ነው ፡ ፡ ወደ እርሱም ትመለሳላችሁ » ( አላቸው ) ፡ ፡

and if they force you , that you ascribe a partner to me a thing concerning which you do not have knowledge – so do not obey them and support them well in the world ; and follow the path of one who has inclined towards me ; then towards me only is your return , and i shall tell you what you used to do .
ለአንተ በእርሱ ዕውቀት የሌለህን ነገር በእኔ እንድታጋራ ቢታገሉህም አትታዘዛቸው ፡ ፡ በቅርቢቱም ዓለም ፤ በመልካም ሥራ ተወዳጃቸው ፡ ፡ ወደእኔም የተመለሰን ሰው መንገድ ተከተል ፡ ፡ ከዚያም መመለሻችሁ ወደእኔ ነው ፡ ፡ ትሠሩት የነበራችሁትንም ሁሉ እነግራችኋለሁ ፤ ( አልነው ) ፡ ፡

and they purposed that which they could not attain , and they sought revenge only that allah by his messenger should enrich them of his bounty . if they repent it will be better for them ; and if they turn away , allah will afflict them with a painful doom in the world and the hereafter , and they have no protecting friend nor helper in the earth .
ምንም ያላሉ ለመኾናቸው በአላህ ይምላሉ ፡ ፡ የክህደትንም ቃል በእርግጥ አሉ ፡ ፡ ከእስልምናቸውም በኋላ ካዱ ፡ ፡ ያላገኙትንም ነገር አሰቡ ፡ ፡ አላህም ከችሮታው መልክተኛውም ( እንደዚሁ ) ያከበራቸው መኾኑን እንጂ ሌላን አልጠሉም ፡ ፡ ቢጸጸቱም ለእነሱ የተሻለ ይኾናል ፡ ፡ ቢሸሹም አላህ በቅርቢቱና በመጨረሻይቱ ዓለም አሳማሚን ቅጣት ይቀጣቸዋል ፡ ፡ ለእነሱም በምድር ውስጥ ምንም ወዳጅና ረዳት የላቸውም ፡ ፡

and of mankind is he who worshippeth allah as on edge ; if there befalleth him good , he in contented therewith , and if there befalleth him a trial , he turneth round on his face ; he loseth the world and the hereafter : that indeed is a loss manifest !
ከሰዎችም ( ከሃይማኖት ) በጫፍ ላይ ሆኖ አላህን የሚግገዛ ሰው አልለ ፡ ፡ ታዲያ መልካም ነገር ቢያገኘው በእርሱ ይረጋል ፡ ፡ መከራም ብታገኘው በፊቱ ላይ ይገለበጣል ፡ ፡ የቅርቢቱን ዓለምም የመጨረሻይቱንም ከሰረ ፡ ፡ ይህ እርሱ ግልጽ ከሳራ ነው ፡ ፡

and if we let him taste mercy from us after hardship that has visited him , he surely says , ' this is mine ; i think not the hour is coming . if i am returned to my lord , surely the reward most fair with him will be mine . '
ካገኘችውም መከራ በኋላ ከእኛ የኾነን እዝነት ብናቀምሰው « ይህ ለእኔ ( በሥራዬ የተገባኝ ) ነው ፡ ፡ ሰዓቲቱም መጪ ናት ብዬ አላስብም ፡ ፡ ወደ ጌታየም ብመለስ ለእኔ እርሱ ዘንድ መልካሚቱ ( ገነት ) በእርግጥ አለችኝ » ይላል ፡ ፡ እነዚያንም የካዱትን ሥራዎቻቸውን በእርግጥ እንነግራቸዋለን ፡ ፡ ከብርቱውም ስቃይ በእርግጥ እናቀምሳቸዋለን ፡ ፡

[ allah ] said , " descend from paradise - all , [ your descendants ] being enemies to one another . and if there should come to you guidance from me - then whoever follows my guidance will neither go astray [ in the world ] nor suffer [ in the hereafter ] .
አላቸው « ከፊላችሁም ለከፊሉ ጠላት ሲኾን ሁላችሁም ከእርሷ ውረዱ ከእኔም የኾነ መሪ ቢመጣላችሁ መሪየን የተከተለ አይሳሳትም አይቸገርምም ፡ ፡
