ይቅርታም ይጠይቁ ዘንድ ፤ ለእነርሱ አይፈቀድላቸውም ፡ ፡

ነፍሱም ወንድሙን መግደልን ለርሱ ሸለመችለት ፤ ( አነሳሳችው ፤ ) ፡ ፡ ገደለውም ፡ ፡ ከከሳሪዎቹም ኾነ ፡ ፡

permitted are those who are fought against , because they have been oppressed , and verily to succour them allah is potent
ለእነዚያ ለሚገደሉት ( ምእመናን ) እነርሱ የተበደሉ በመኾናቸው ( መጋደል ) ተፈቀደላቸው ፡ ፡ አላህም እነርሱን በመርዳት ላይ በእርግጥ ቻይ ነው ፡ ፡

do not prohibit the good things god has permitted for you , and do not commit aggression . god does not love the aggressors .
እናንተ ያመናችሁ ሆይ ! አላህ ለናንተ የፈቀደላችሁን ጣፋጮች እርም አታድርጉ ፡ ፡ ወሰንንም አትለፉ ፡ ፡ አላህ ወሰን አላፊዎችን አይወድምና ፡ ፡

no one can grasp anything from his knowledge besides what he has permitted them to grasp . the heavens and the earth are under his dominion .
አላህ ከእርሱ በቀር ሌላ አምላክ የለም ፡ ፡ ሕያው ራሱን ቻይ ነው ፡ ፡ ማንገላጀትም እንቅልፍም አትይዘውም ፡ ፡ በሰማያት ውስጥና በምድር ውስጥ ያለው ሁሉ የርሱ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡ ያ እርሱ ዘንድ በፈቃዱ ቢኾን እንጅ የሚያማልድ ማነው ? ( ከፍጡሮች ) በፊታቸው ያለውንና ከኋላቸው ያለውን ሁሉ ያውቃል ፡ ፡ በሻውም ነገር እንጂ ከዕውቀቱ በምንም ነገር አያካብቡም ( አያውቁም ) ፡ ፡ መንበሩ ሰማያትንና ምድርን ሰፋ ፡ ፡ ጥበቃቸውም አያቅተውም ፡ ፡ እርሱም የሁሉ በላይ ታላቅ ነው ፡ ፡

in houses which god has permitted to be raised , and his name is celebrated therein . he is glorified therein , morning and evening .
አላህ እንድትከበርና ስሙ በውስጧ እንዲወሳ ባዘዘው ቤቶች ውስጥ ( አወድሱት ) ፡ ፡ በውስጧ በጧትና በማታ ለእርሱ ያጠራሉ ፡ ፡

and for the harmdoing of those of jewry , we have forbidden them the good things that were permitted to them , and also for their barring many from the way of allah .
ከእነዚያ ይሁዳውያን ከኾኑትም በተገኘው በደል ሰዎችንም ከአላህ መንገድ በብዙ በመከልከላቸው ምክንያት ለእነሱ ተፈቅደው የነበሩትን ጣፋጮች ምግቦች በእነርሱ ላይ እርም አደረግንባቸው ፡ ፡

and bewore a day whereon we will raise up from each community a witness , then those who have disbelieved will not be given leave , nor they will be permitted to please allah .
ከየሕዝቡም ሁሉ መስካሪን የምንቀሰቅስበትን ቀን ( አስታውስ ) ፡ ፡ ከዚያም ለእነዚያ ለካዱት ( ንግግር ) አይፈቀድላቸውም ፡ ፡ እነሱም በወቀሳ አይታለፉም ፡ ፡

and for the evildoing of those of jewry , we have forbidden them certain good things that were permitted to them , and for their barring from god 's way many ,
ከእነዚያ ይሁዳውያን ከኾኑትም በተገኘው በደል ሰዎችንም ከአላህ መንገድ በብዙ በመከልከላቸው ምክንያት ለእነሱ ተፈቅደው የነበሩትን ጣፋጮች ምግቦች በእነርሱ ላይ እርም አደረግንባቸው ፡ ፡

on the day when the spirit and the angels stand in an array : none shall speak except someone who is permitted by the all-beneficent and says what is rightful .
መንፈሱ ( ጂብሪል ) መላእክቶቹም የተሰለፉ ኾነው በሚቆሙ ቀን አል-ረሕማን ለእርሱ የፈቀደለትና ትክክለኛን ቃል ያለ ሰው ቢኾን እንጅ ( መነጋገርን አይችሉም ) ፡ ፡

all that ; and whosoever venerates the sacred things of god , it shall be better for him with his lord . and permitted to you are the flocks , except that which is recited to you .
( ነገሩ ) ይህ ነው ፡ ፡ የአላህንም ሕግጋት የሚያከብር ሰው እርሱ ጌታው ዘንድ ለእርሱ በጣም የተሻለ ነው ፡ ፡ የቤት እንስሳትም ( ግመል ከብት በግና ፍየል ) በናንተ ላይ ( እርም መሆኑ ) ከሚነበብላችሁ በስተቀር ለእናንተ ተፈቅዳላችኋለች ፡ ፡ ከጣዖታትም ርክሰት ተጠንቀቁ ፡ ፡ ሐሰትንም ቃል ራቁ ፡ ፡

permitted to you , on the night of the fast , is the approach to your wives ; they are raiments for you , as you are raiments for them . allah knows that you have been deceiving yourselves .
በጾም ሌሊት ወደ ሴቶቻችሁ መድረስ ለናንተ ተፈቀደላችሁ ፡ ፡ እነርሱ ለናንተ ልብሶች ናቸው ፤ እናንተም ለነርሱ ልብሶች ናችሁ ፡ ፡ አላህ እናንተ ነፍሶቻችሁን የምትበድሉ መኾናችሁን ዐወቀ ፡ ፡ በእናንተም ላይ ተመለሰላችሁ ፡ ፡ ከእናንተም ይቅርታ አደረገ ፡ ፡ አሁን ተገናኙዋቸው ፡ ፡ አላህም ለናንተ የጻፈላችሁን ነገር ( ልጅን ) ፈልጉ ፡ ፡ ከጎህ የኾነው ነጩ ክርም ከጥቁሩ ክር ( ከሌሊት ጨለማ ) ለእናንተ እስከሚገልጽላችሁ ድረስ ብሉ ፤ ጠጡም ፡ ፡ ከዚያም ጾምን እስከ ሌሊቱ ድረስ ሙሉ ፡ ፡ እናንተም በመስጊዶች ተቀማጮች ስትኾኑ አትገናኙዋቸው ፡ ፡ ይህች የአላህ ሕግጋት ናትና ( ለመተላለፍ ) አትቅረቧት ፡ ፡ እንደዚሁ አላህ አንቀጾቹን ለሰዎች ያብራራል ፡ ፡ እነርሱ ( የተከለከሉትን ) ሊጠነቀቁ ይከጀላልና ፡ ፡

now you are permitted to have intercourse with your wives and enjoy what allah has made lawful for you . you are also pemitted to eat and drink during the nights of the fast months. until you can discern the white streak of dawn from the blackness of night . "
በጾም ሌሊት ወደ ሴቶቻችሁ መድረስ ለናንተ ተፈቀደላችሁ ፡ ፡ እነርሱ ለናንተ ልብሶች ናቸው ፤ እናንተም ለነርሱ ልብሶች ናችሁ ፡ ፡ አላህ እናንተ ነፍሶቻችሁን የምትበድሉ መኾናችሁን ዐወቀ ፡ ፡ በእናንተም ላይ ተመለሰላችሁ ፡ ፡ ከእናንተም ይቅርታ አደረገ ፡ ፡ አሁን ተገናኙዋቸው ፡ ፡ አላህም ለናንተ የጻፈላችሁን ነገር ( ልጅን ) ፈልጉ ፡ ፡ ከጎህ የኾነው ነጩ ክርም ከጥቁሩ ክር ( ከሌሊት ጨለማ ) ለእናንተ እስከሚገልጽላችሁ ድረስ ብሉ ፤ ጠጡም ፡ ፡ ከዚያም ጾምን እስከ ሌሊቱ ድረስ ሙሉ ፡ ፡ እናንተም በመስጊዶች ተቀማጮች ስትኾኑ አትገናኙዋቸው ፡ ፡ ይህች የአላህ ሕግጋት ናትና ( ለመተላለፍ ) አትቅረቧት ፡ ፡ እንደዚሁ አላህ አንቀጾቹን ለሰዎች ያብራራል ፡ ፡ እነርሱ ( የተከለከሉትን ) ሊጠነቀቁ ይከጀላልና ፡ ፡
