iniziando la gita a begnis, il percorso incomincia dopo la chiesa romana sulla strada verso cottens. passa per villaggi pittoreschi dei nomi incantevoli come luins, vinzel, bursins, gilly, vincy, tartegnin per poi arrivare finalmente ad aubonne. se si sente un po’ di fame durante il percorso, ci si può fermare per degustare la specialità locale - i malakoff. per quanto riguarda il ritorno ci si può servire dei mezzi pubblici che si fermano a tutti i villaggi percorsi.
