we did 3 shows, and one of them resulted in a live cd. it was great to meet and play with ex zappa guitarist denny walley and my old time hero, freddie wadling.
abbiamo fatto tre show, e da uno di questi è stato ricavato il cd. e' stato molto bello incontrare denny walley, l'ex chitarrista di zappa, e il mio eroe di sempre freddie wadling, e suonare insieme a loro.

he is a huge beefheart fan and has a similar style of singing. he was a natural choice, and so was my brother jimmy, who is a phenomenal slide guitarist and of course a huge fan as well. denny walley we met back in '91 during the zappa's universe shows. he was a member of the magic band for a while. he's a very nice guy and a great guitarist, naturally one of my heroes.
avevo suonato con il mio cantante preferito, freddie wadling, per molti anni nel gruppo fleshquartet. e' un grande fan di beefheart, e il suo modo di cantare è molto simile. e' stata una scelta naturale, così come mio fratello jimmy, che è un chitarrista formidabile, e anche lui un un grosso fan. danny walley lo incontrammo nel '91, durante gli show di zappa's universe - è stato anche chitarrista della magic band. e' un tipo a posto, e un ottimo chitarrista - uno dei miei eroi.
