s výhradou platných opatření společenství týkajících se systémů dvojité kontroly a prvotního a následného dohledu společenství nad textilními výrobky při dovozu do společenství, mohou být závazné informace o sazebním zařazení zboží do kombinované nomenklatury vydané celními orgány členských států, které nejsou v souladu s tímto nařízením, podle článku 6 nařízení rady (ehs) č. 3796/90 nadále používány po dobu šedesáti dnů od data vstupu tohoto nařízení v platnost, byla-li uzavřena smlouva podle čl. 14 odst. 3 písm. a) nebo b) druhého odstavce nařízení (ehs) č. 1715/90.
