work immersion is definitely not going to be easy. one factor is my readiness. am i ready to be immersed in workplace? as being a student, work is not really on my mind yet, not until i graduated. that is, i am just half ready to face the workplace since it is necessary and or needed for me to graduate. and since i am not fully ready yet, i expect work immersion to be hard. there are a lot of adjustments, to the environment, to the co workers, and most importantly adjustment to being under a sup
