ཁྱོད་འབབས་པ་ན་བསླབ་པ་ལེགས་པར་ཕུལ་ལམ་ཞེས་དྲི་བར་བྱའོ། །

“why did you make the fruit of your loins go forth?” they asked.
དེ་དག་ཁྲག་གི་ཐིགས་པ་འདི་རབ་ཏུ་ཕྱུང་བས་ཅི་ཞིག་བྱ་ཞེས་སྨོད་པར་བྱེད།

and from whom did you learn these rudiments of mantra?”
ཁྱེད་ཅག་གིས་ཀྱང་སུ་ལས་གསང་ཚིག་གི་གཞི་འདི་དག་བཀླགས། །

དེ་ནི་ངོ་མཚར་དང་རྨད་དུ་བྱུང་བ་ལགས་ན། ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་ཡོན་ཏན་གྱི་ཚོགས་དེ་ལྟ་བུ་བརྙེས་སམ། ཐོབ་བོ། །

“did you refuse to allow these two boys’ going forth?”
ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་ཁྱེའུ་དེ་གཉིས་རབ་ཏུ་མི་འབྱིན་ཏམ།

“goddess, i wish you well but did you not see i obtained this resting place by making a pact?
དེས་སྨྲས་པ། ལྷ་མོ་ཁྱོད་བདེ་བར་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཁོ་བོས་ཁྲིམས་སུ་བྱ་བས་བསྟི་གནས་རྙེད་པ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་མ་མཐོང་ངམ།

“young brahmin, did you see anything at all amazing or remarkable in suvarṇadvīpa?”
བྲམ་ཟེའི་ཁྱེའུ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་གསེར་གླིང་ན་ངོ་མཚར་དང་རྨད་དུ་བྱུང་བའི་ཆོས་ཅུང་ཟད་ཅི་མཐོང་།

ཉེ་རྒྱལ་ཁོ་བོ་ནི་དུས་དེ་སྲིད་ཀྱིས་ཕ་མ་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་གནང་ན་ཁྱོད་ཕ་མ་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་མྱུར་དུ་གནང་བའི་སྦྱོར་བ་གང་ཡིན། །

if the ordinand responds “i have gone forth before,” he inquirer asks him: “did you not transgress and incur one of the four defeats?
གལ་ཏེ་རབ་ཏུ་བྱུང་ངོ་ཞེས་ཟེར་ན་ཁྱོད་ལ་ཕམ་པར་འགྱུར་བ་བཞི་ལས་ལྟུང་བ་གང་ཡང་རུང་བ་ཞིག་བྱུང་བ་མ་ཡིན་ནམ། །
