even so do we let it creep into the hearts of the sinners -
kamar wancan ne muke shigar da shi a cikin zukãtan mãsu laifi.

(his) sight never swerved, nor did it go wrong!
ganinsa bai karkata ba, kuma bai ƙetare haddi ba.

moses replied: "no, let it be you to throw first."
ya ce: "Ã'a, ku jẽfa."

if they turn away (let it be known) that god does not love the unbelievers.
to, amma idan sun jũya bãya, to, lalle ne allah bã ya son kãfirai.

and let it never happen that the unbelievers might turn you away from the revelations of allah after they have been revealed to you.
kuma kada lalle su karkatar da kai daga barin ãyõyin allah, a bãyãn har an saukar da su uwa gare ka.

and we let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon him in the latter (generations),
kuma muka bar (yabo) a gare shi, a cikin mutãnen ƙarshe.

but should any of you be sick or on a journey, let it be a [similar] number of other days.
to, wanda ya kasance daga gare ku majinyaci ko kuwa yana a kan tafiya, sai (ya biya) adadi daga wasu kwanuka na dabam.

and we let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon on both of them in the latter (generations),
kuma muka bar (yabo) a gare su a cikin mutãnen karshe.

whatever is in the heavens and on earth, let it declare the praises and glory of allah: for he is the exalted in might, the wise.
abin da ke cikin sammai da abin da ke cikin ƙasã ya yi tasbihi ga allah alhãli kuwa, shi ne mabuwayi, mai hikima.

they said: 'moses, we will never go in so long as they are in it. go, you and your lord, to fight.
suka ce: "ya musa! lalle ne mu, bã za mu shige ta ba har abada matuƙar sun dawwama a cikinta sai ka tafi kai da ubangijinka dõmin ku yi yãƙi.

(moses) said, "let it be a binding contract between us and i shall be free to serve for any of the said terms.
ya ce: "wannan yanã a tsakanina da tsakãninka kõwane ɗayan adadin biyun na ƙãre, to, bãbu wani zãlunci a kaina.

believers, when you hold a secret counsel, let it not be for a sinful, hostile purpose or to disobey the messenger, but let your counsel take place for virtuous and pious reasons.
yã kũ waɗanda suka yi ĩmãni! idan za ku yi gãnãwa, to, kada ku gãna game da zunubi da zãlunci da sãɓã wa manzon allah, kuma ku yi gãnãwa game da alhẽri da taƙawa.

they said: o musa! we shall never enter it so long as they are in it; go therefore you and your lord, then fight you both surely we will here sit down.
lalle ne mu, bã za mu shige ta ba har abada matuƙar sun dawwama a cikinta sai ka tafi kai da ubangijinka dõmin ku yi yãƙi. lalle ne mu, munã a nan zaune."

so his parable is that of a dog: if you make for it, it lolls out its tongue, and if you let it alone, it lolls out its tongue. such is the parable of the people who deny our signs.
to, misãlinsa kamar misãlin kare ne, idan ka yi ɗauki a kansa ya yi lallage, kõ kuwa ka bar shi sai ya yi lallage, wannan ne misãlin mutãne waɗanda suka ƙaryata game da ãyõyinmu: ka jẽranta karãtun lãbãrun; tsammãninsu sunã tunãni.
