as long as it's not a chain store brand or one of the big brands, like heinz. heinz tastes really good (i'm one of those weirdos who like the taste of vinegar) and i use it in cooking and pickling, but it's too processed and sterilized to have the same health effect on the body as one of the unfiltered organic brands with the "mother" in it.
