am în faţă trei propuneri de rezoluţie, cea din 21 mai, cea din 9 octombrie şi cea din 7 ianuarie. se observă o evoluţie în ceea ce priveşte declaraţiile membrilor uniunii europene.

totuşi, această evoluţie a generat poziţii ambivalente. pe de o parte, internetul continuă să ofere oportunităţi fabuloase, constituindu-se într-un catalizator al dezvoltării educaţionale, culturale, economice şi sociale, iar pe de altă parte, este perceput ca o platformă ce poate fi folosită în vederea promovării unor comportamente violente, ce atentează la libertatea şi securitatea oamenilor.
however, this development has generated ambivalent attitudes. on the one hand, the internet continues to offer fantastic opportunities, acting as a catalyst for educational, cultural, economic and social development, while on the other hand, it is perceived as a platform which can be used to promote violent behaviour which has an impact on people’s freedom and security.
