« ገንዘቤ ከእኔ ምንንም አላብቃቃኝ ፤ ( አልጠቀመኝም ) ፡ ፡

for them is the sustenance known to us .
እነዚያ ለእነርሱ የታወቀ ሲሳይ አላቸው ፡ ፡

truly , to us is their return ;
መመለሻቸው ወደእኛ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡

and to us belong the end and the beginning .
መጨረሻይቱም መጀመሪያይቱም ዓለም የእኛ ናቸው ፡ ፡

and to us belong the next life and the present .
መጨረሻይቱም መጀመሪያይቱም ዓለም የእኛ ናቸው ፡ ፡

and to us belong the hereafter and the worldly life .
መጨረሻይቱም መጀመሪያይቱም ዓለም የእኛ ናቸው ፡ ፡

for him is nearness to us , and a beautiful resort .
ለእርሱም እኛ ዘንድ መቅረብ ፤ መልካም መመለሻም በእርግጥ አልለው ፡ ፡

and he has a place near to us , and a fine return .
ለእርሱም እኛ ዘንድ መቅረብ ፤ መልካም መመለሻም በእርግጥ አልለው ፡ ፡

and most surely he had a nearness to us and an excellent resort .
ለእርሱም እኛ ዘንድ መቅረብ ፤ መልካም መመለሻም በእርግጥ አልለው ፡ ፡

and indeed they are , to us , among the chosen and outstanding .
እነርሱም እኛ ዘንድ ከመልካሞቹ ምርጦች ናቸው ፡ ፡

but they divided themselves into factions , but to us they shall all return .
በሃይማኖታቸውም ነገር በመካከላቸው ተለያዩ ፡ ፡ ሁሉም ወደኛ ተመላሾች ናቸው ፡ ፡

every soul shall taste death . then you shall be brought back to us .
ነፍስ ሁሉ ሞትን ቀማሽ ናት ፡ ፡ ከዚያም ወደኛ ትመለሳላችሁ ፡ ፡

and indeed , to us belongs the hereafter and the first [ life ] .
መጨረሻይቱም መጀመሪያይቱም ዓለም የእኛ ናቸው ፡ ፡

" until there came to us ( the hour ) that is certain . "
« እርግጠኛው ( ሞት ) እስከ መጣን ድረስ ፡ ፡ »

" until there came to us ( the death ) that is certain . "
« እርግጠኛው ( ሞት ) እስከ መጣን ድረስ ፡ ፡ »

they said : " woe to us ; surely we were wrong-doers . "
« ዋ ጥፋታችን ! እኛ በእርግጥ በዳዮች ነበርን » ይላሉ ፡ ፡

a curse followed them in this world , and shall follow them on the day of resurrection . what a foul gift to be given !
በዚችም ( በቅርቢቱ ዓለም ) እርግማንን አስከተልናቸው ፡ ፡ በትንሣኤም ቀን ( እንደዚሁ ) ፡ ፡ የተሰጡት ስጦታ ምንኛ ከፋ !

shall we treat those who submit [ to us ] as [ we treat ] the guilty ?
ሙስሊሞቹን እንደ ከሓዲዎች እናደርጋለን ?
