እሺ አሁን እኔ ቤት ነኝ

saying : " we were also once full of fear at home .
« እኛ ፊት በቤተሰቦቻችን ውስጥ ( ከቅጣት ) ፈሪዎች ነበርን » ይላሉ ፡ ፡

and saying, lord, my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented.
ብላቴናዬ ሽባ ሆኖ እጅግ እየተሣቀየ በቤት ተኝቶአል ብሎ ለመነው።

and another also said, lord, i will follow thee; but let me first go bid them farewell, which are at home at my house.
ደግሞ ሌላው። ጌታ ሆይ፥ እከተልሃለሁ፤ ነገር ግን አስቀድሜ ከቤቴ ሰዎች እንድሰናበት ፍቀድልኝ አለ።

if you find no one at home , do not go in until permission has been granted you . if you are told to go away , then go away .
በውስጧም አንድንም ሰው ባታገኙ ለእናንተ እስከሚፈቀድላችሁ ድረስ አትግቧት ፡ ፡ ለእናንተ ተመለሱ ብትባሉም ተመለሱ ፡ ፡ እርሱ ለእናንተ የተሻለ ነው ፡ ፡ አላህም የምትሠሩትን ሁሉ ዐዋቂ ነው ፡ ፡

and those among the wandering arabs who had an excuse came in order that permission might be granted them . and those who lied to allah and his messenger sat at home .
ከአዕራቦችም ይቅርታ ፈላጊዎቹ ለእነሱ እንዲፈቀድላቸው መጡ ፡ ፡ እነዚያ አላህንና መልክተኛውን የዋሹትም ተቀመጡ ፡ ፡ ከነሱ እነዚያን የካዱትን አሳማሚ ቅጣት በእርግጥ ይነካቸዋል ፡ ፡

some arabs of the desert came with ready excuses , asking for leave to stay behind . but those who had lied to god and his prophet stayed at home doing nothing .
ከአዕራቦችም ይቅርታ ፈላጊዎቹ ለእነሱ እንዲፈቀድላቸው መጡ ፡ ፡ እነዚያ አላህንና መልክተኛውን የዋሹትም ተቀመጡ ፡ ፡ ከነሱ እነዚያን የካዱትን አሳማሚ ቅጣት በእርግጥ ይነካቸዋል ፡ ፡

the blameworthy ones are those who ask for exemption despite their ability and who preferred to stay at home with those who are truly exempt . god has placed a seal on their hearts but they do not know .
( የወቀሳ ) መንገዱ በእነዚያ እነሱ ባለጸጋዎች ኾነው ሳሉ ለመቅረት ፈቃድ በሚጠይቁህ ሰዎች ላይ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡ ከቀሪዎቹ ጋር መኾናቸውን ወደዱ ፡ ፡ አላህም በልቦቻቸው ላይ አተመባቸው ፤ ስለዚህ እነሱ አያውቁም ፡ ፡

and there came the apologists from among dwellers of the desert men praying that leave may be given them and those who had lied unto allah and his apostle sat at home . an afflictive torment shall afflict those of them who disbelieve .
ከአዕራቦችም ይቅርታ ፈላጊዎቹ ለእነሱ እንዲፈቀድላቸው መጡ ፡ ፡ እነዚያ አላህንና መልክተኛውን የዋሹትም ተቀመጡ ፡ ፡ ከነሱ እነዚያን የካዱትን አሳማሚ ቅጣት በእርግጥ ይነካቸዋል ፡ ፡

blame will lie on those who are rich yet ask your leave to stay behind . they prefer to stay with women who stay at home , and god seals their hearts ; so they do not understand .
( የወቀሳ ) መንገዱ በእነዚያ እነሱ ባለጸጋዎች ኾነው ሳሉ ለመቅረት ፈቃድ በሚጠይቁህ ሰዎች ላይ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡ ከቀሪዎቹ ጋር መኾናቸውን ወደዱ ፡ ፡ አላህም በልቦቻቸው ላይ አተመባቸው ፤ ስለዚህ እነሱ አያውቁም ፡ ፡

( they are ) the ones who said about their killed brethren while they themselves sat ( at home ) : " if only they had listened to us , they would not have been killed . " say : " avert death from your ownselves , if you speak the truth . "
እነዚያ ( ከትግል ) የቀሩ ሲኾኑ ለወንድሞቻቸው ፡ - « በታዘዙን ኖሮ ባልተገደሉ ነበር » ያሉ ናቸው ፡ ፡ « እውነተኞች እንደኾናችሁ ከነፍሶቻችሁ ላይ ሞትን ገፍትሩ » በላቸው ፡ ፡
