இவர்கள் (தங்கள் சதிகளை) மனிதர்களிடமிருந்து மறைத்து விடுகின்றனர்;. ஆனால் (அவற்றை) அல்லாஹ்விடமிருந்து மறைக்க முடியாது. ஏனெனில் அவன் பொருந்திக் கொள்ளாத சொற்களில் அவர்கள் இரவில் (சதி) ஆலோசனை செய்யும் போது அவன் அவர்களுடன் இருக்கின்றான். மேலும் அவர்கள் செய்பவற்றையெல்லாம் அல்லாஹ் சூழ்ந்து அறிந்தவனாக இருக்கின்றான்.

"உங்கள் காதுகளும், உங்கள் கண்களும், உங்கள் தோல்களும், உங்களுகு; கு எதிராகச் சாட்சி சொல்லாமலிருக்கும் பொருட்டு, உ(ங்கள் பாவ)ங்களை நீங்கள் மறைத்துக் கொள்ளவில்லை அன்றியும், நீங்கள் செய்து கொண்டிருந்தவற்றில் மிகுதமானதை நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் அறியமாட்டான் என்று நீங்கள் எண்ணிக்கொண்டீர்கள்.

"அவர்கள் தங்களை (அல்லாஹ்விடமிருந்து ) மறைத்துக் கொள்வதற்காககத் தங்கள் இருதயங்களை (மறைத்து) மூடுகிறார்கள்! அவர்கள் தம் ஆடைகளால் (தம்மைப்) போர்த்திக்கொண்டாலும், அவர்கள் மறைத்து வைப்பதையும், வெளிப்படையாகக் காட்டுவதையும் அவன் அறிகிறான் - ஏனெனில் நிச்சயமாக அவன் இதயங்களின் (இரகசியங்கள்) யாவற்றையும் நன்கறிபவனாக இருக்கின்றான்" (என்பதை அறிந்து கொள்வீர்களாக)!
