நீங்கள் தெளிவாக உணர்ந்து (அதன்படி நடந்து வருமாறு) அல்லாஹ் உங்களுக்குத் தன்னுடைய வசனங்களை இவ்வாறு விளக்குகின்றான்.

and obey allah and the apostle, that you may be shown mercy.
அல்லாஹ்வுக்கும், (அவன்) தூதருக்கும் கீழ்படியுங்கள்;. நீங்கள் (அதனால் அல்லாஹ்வினால்) கிருபை செய்யப்படுவீர்கள்.

then i will guide you to your lord that you may come to fear him.'"
"அப்படியானால் இறைவனிடம் (செல்லும்) வழியை நான் உனக்குக் காண்பிக்கிறேன்; அப்போது நீ உள்ளச்சமுடையவன் ஆவாய்" (எனக் கூறுமாறு இறைவன் பணித்தான்).

do not be niggardly, nor extravagant that you may later feel reprehensive and constrained.
(உலோபியைப் போல் எதுவும் வழங்காது) உம் கையை உம் கழுத்தில் கட்டப் பட்டதாக்கிக் கொள்ளாதீர்; அன்றியும், (அனைத்தையும் செலவழித்து உம் கையை) ஒரே விரிப்பாக விரித்து விடாதீர்; அதனால் நீர் நிந்திக்கப்பட்டவராகவும், (கையில் எதுவுமில்லாது) துக்கப்பட்டவராகவும் அமைந்து விடுவீர்.

believers, have fear of god. find the means to reach him and strive hard for his cause so that you may have everlasting happiness.
முஃமின்களே! அல்லாஹ்வை அஞ்சிக் கொள்ளுங்கள்;. அவன்பால் நெருங்குவதற்குரிய வழியை(வணக்கங்களின் மூலம்) தேடிக் கொள்ளுங்கள்;. அவனுடைய பாதையில் போர் புரியுங்கள்; அப்பொழுது நீங்கள் வெற்றி பெறலாம்.
