และเรานั้นอยู่ใกล้ชิดเขายิ่งกว่าพวกเจ้าแต่ทว่าพวกเจ้ามองไม่เห็น(มะลาอิกะฮ.)

and we are nigher unto him than ye are, but ye behold not-
และเรานั้นอยู่ใกล้ชิดเขายิ่งกว่าพวกเจ้าแต่ทว่าพวกเจ้ามองไม่เห็น(มะลาอิกะฮ.)

- and we are nearer unto him than ye are, but ye see not -

he created man and surely know what misdoubts arise in their hearts; for we are closer to him than his jugular vein.

"o our lord! certainly, you know what we conceal and what we reveal. nothing on the earth or in the heaven is hidden from allah.
“โอ้พระเจ้าของเรา แท้จริงพระองค์ทรงรอบรู้สิ่งที่เราปิดบังและสิ่งที่เราเปิดเผย ไม่มีสิ่งใดจะซ่อนเร้นไปจากอัลลอฮ ทั้งในแผ่นดินและในชั้นฟ้า

and we have already created man and know what his soul whispers to him, and we are closer to him than [his] jugular vein
และโดยแน่นอน เราได้บังเกิดมนุษย์มา และเรารู้ดียิ่งที่จิตใจของเขากระซิบกระซาบแก่เขา และเรานั้นใกล้ชิดเขายิ่งกว่าเส้นเลือดชีวิตของเขาเสียอีก

ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the jews.

"o our lord! truly thou dost know what we conceal and what we reveal: for nothing whatever is hidden from allah, whether on earth or in heaven.
“โอ้พระเจ้าของเรา แท้จริงพระองค์ทรงรอบรู้สิ่งที่เราปิดบังและสิ่งที่เราเปิดเผย ไม่มีสิ่งใดจะซ่อนเร้นไปจากอัลลอฮ ทั้งในแผ่นดินและในชั้นฟ้า

they said, "you certainly know that we have no right to your daughters and you know what we want".

and when it is said to them, do not make mischief in the land, they say: we are but peace-makers.

(both) the jews and the christians say: "we are sons of allah, and his beloved." say: "why then doth he punish you for your sins? nay, ye are but men,- of the men he hath created: he forgiveth whom he pleaseth, and he punisheth whom he pleaseth: and to allah belongeth the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and all that is between: and unto him is the final goal (of all)"
และบรรดาชาวยิว และชาวคริสต์ได้กล่าวว่า พวกเราคือบุตรของอัลลอฮ์ และเป็นที่รักใคร่ของพระองค์ จงกล่าวเถิด (มุฮัดมัด) แล้วไฉนเล่าพระองค์จึงทรงลงโทษพวกท่าน เนื่องด้วยความผิดทั้งหลายของพวกท่าน มิใช่เช่นนั้นดอกพวกท่านเป็นสามัญชนในหมู่ผู้ที่พระองคืทรงบังเกิดมาต่างหาก ซึ่งพระองค์จะทรงอภัยโทษแก่ผู้ที่พระงอค์ทรงประสงค์ และอำนาจแห่งบรรดาชั้นฟ้า และแผ่นดิน และสิ่งที่อยู่ในระหว่างทั้งสองนั้น เป็นสิทธิของอัลลอฮ์เท่านั้น และยังพระองค์นั้นคือการกลับไป
