(whether people believe or not) allah bears witness that whatever he has revealed to you, he has revealed with his knowledge, and the angels bear witness to it too, though the witness of allah is sufficient.

bali mwenyezi mungu alim- tukuza kwake, na hakika mwenyezi mungu ni mwenye nguvu, mwenye hikima.
but allah raised him ['iesa (jesus)] up (with his body and soul) unto himself (and he is in the heavens). and allah is ever all-powerful, all-wise.
