der hausgrundriss legt sich um drei seiten eines atriums. eine pergola schliesst das atrium gartenseitig ab. von der strasse aus wirkt das volumen mit wenigen breiten fensterschlitzen geschlossen eher niedrig, öffnet sich aber talwärts mit grossen verglasungen.
the rooms of this house are arranged around three sides of a patio. a pergola leads out into the garden. from the street the building seems closed and rather low with its narrow horizontal bands of windows. on the garden side however it opens up with full height glazing and wide steps onto the generous lawn.
