5.2. obwohl an mehreren stellen in der beschreibung beide bestandteile (heißdampfabkühlung und nachkühlung) unterschiedslos in verbindung miteinander genannt sind, wird auf seite 5, zeilen 17 bis 29 im anschluß an einen vergleich zwischen einer bekannten fiktiven und der anmeldungsgemäßen vorrichtung folgende schlußfolgerung gezogen: "es ist festzustellen, daß sich dank einer gezielten abkühlung des von den verbraucherstellen der hochdruckstufe kommenden entspannten gases und des aus der niederdruckstufe der vorrichtung austretenden gases eine beachtliche energieeinsparung bei der kälteerzeugung an diesen verbraucherstellen bei verdampfungstemperaturen von - 38°c und - 10°c erzielen läßt."
