on saturday we get green light for our bikes and on sunday we finally get our visa for sudan. inshallah! all other overlanders with cars have less luck, there is no space on the barge so they have to stay another week.
am samstag bekommen wir endlich grünes licht für unsere mopeds und am sonntag auch noch unsere sudanesichen visa. inshallah! alle anderen overlander mit autos hatten nicht so viel glück, da kein platz auf der fähre ist.

...after the whole sunday of snorkelling we were quite much burned (properly cooked) on monday. and as we weren't so lucky with the fishing we bought from the local fishermen - octopus, baracuda, snapper and other fish and in the evening we had a nice bbq with toby (german biker), siggi and birgit, stephan and stephanie and vim and chantal (dutch-belgian overlanders). we had a nice evening around the fire.
beachtag! rumfaulenzen und ja die sonne meiden (unsere haut war knallrot). da wir beim angeln nicht viel glueck hatten, kauften wir bei den lokalen fischhaendlern oktopus, barrakuda, snapper und andere lecker fische, die wir dann abends mit birgit und siggi, stephan und stephanie, tobi (ein deutscher biker, ganz nett und auf www.adventure-travel-experience.de zu finden) und vim und chantal (belgien-holland) ueber dem grossen feuer grillten.
