ጌታቸው በሰጣቸው ጸጋ ተደሳቾች ኾነው ( በገነት ውስጥ ናቸው ) ፡ ፡ የገሀነምንም ስቃይ ጌታቸው ጠበቃቸው ፡ ፡

then adam received from his lord words ( of revelation ) , and he relented toward him . lo !
አደምም ከጌታው ቃላትን ተቀበለ ፡ ፡ በርሱ ላይም ( ጌታው ጸጸትን በመቀበል ) ተመለሰለት ፤ እነሆ እርሱ ጸጸትን ተቀባይ አዛኝ ነውና ፡ ፡

or have you received from us an agreement confirmed by an oath extending to the day of resurrection that you shall surely have what you demand ?
ወይስ ለእናንተ የምትፈርዱት አላችሁ በማለት ( ቃል ኪዳን የገባንላችሁ ) እስከ ትንሣኤ ቀን ደራሽ የኾኑ መሓላዎች ለእናንተ በእኛ ላይ አሏችሁን ?

and how can you take it back , when you have been intimate with one another , and they have received from you a solid commitment ?
ከፊላችሁ ወደ ከፊሉ በእርግጥ የደረሰ ሲኾንና ከእናንተ ላይም ( ሴቶች ) የጠበቀ ኪዳንን የያዙባችሁ ሲኾኑ እንዴት ትወስዱታላችሁ !

then adam received from his lord [ some ] words , and he accepted his repentance . indeed , it is he who is the accepting of repentance , the merciful .
አደምም ከጌታው ቃላትን ተቀበለ ፡ ፡ በርሱ ላይም ( ጌታው ጸጸትን በመቀበል ) ተመለሰለት ፤ እነሆ እርሱ ጸጸትን ተቀባይ አዛኝ ነውና ፡ ፡

but the woman desired him , and he would have desired her but for the indication he received from his lord . this was so that we may avert both evil and lechery from him , for he was one of our chosen devotees .
በእርሱም በእርግጥ አሰበች ፡ ፡ በእርሷም አሰበ ፤ የጌታውን ማስረጃ ባላየ ኖሮ ( የተፈጥሮ ፍላጎቱን ባረካ ነበር ፤ ) ፡ ፡ እንደዚሁ መጥፎ ነገርንና ኀጢአትን ከእርሱ ላይ ልንመልስለት ( አስረጃችንን አሳየነው ) ፡ ፡ እርሱ ከተመረጡት ባሮቻችን ነውና ፡ ፡

beware of the day when no soul will compensate for another , neither any intercession shall be accepted from it , nor any ransom shall be received from it , nor will they be helped .
( ማንኛዋ ) ነፍስም ከ ( ሌላዋ ) ነፍስ ምንንም የማትመነዳበትን ፣ ከርሷም ምልጃን የማይቀበሉባትን ፣ ከርሷም ቤዛ የማይያዝበትን ፣ እነርሱም የማይረዱበትን ቀን ተጠንቀቁ ፡ ፡

and guard yourselves against a day when no soul will in aught avail another , nor will intercession be accepted from it , nor will compensation be received from it , nor will they be helped .
( ማንኛዋ ) ነፍስም ከ ( ሌላዋ ) ነፍስ ምንንም የማትመነዳበትን ፣ ከርሷም ምልጃን የማይቀበሉባትን ፣ ከርሷም ቤዛ የማይያዝበትን ፣ እነርሱም የማይረዱበትን ቀን ተጠንቀቁ ፡ ፡

recall that we received a pledge from the prophets , and from you , and from noah , and abraham , and moses , and jesus son of mary . we received from them a solemn pledge .
ከነቢዮችም የጠበቀ ኪዳናቸውን ከአንተም ፣ ከኑሕም ፣ ከኢብራሒምም ፣ ከሙሳም ከመርየም ልጅ ዒሳም በያዝን ጊዜ ( አስታወስ ) ፡ ፡ ከእነርሱም የከበደን ቃል ኪዳን ያዝን ፡ ፡

or that : " had the book been sent down to us we would surely have been guided better than they . " so you have now received from your lord a clear proof and a guidance and grace .
ወይም « እኛ መጽሐፍ በእኛ ላይ በተወረደ ኖሮ ከእነሱ ይበልጥ የተመራን እንኾን ነበር » እንዳትሉ ነው ፡ ፡ ስለዚህ ከጌታችሁ ግልጽ ማስረጃ ፣ መምሪያም ፣ እዝነትም በእርግጥ መጣላችሁ ፡ ፡ በአላህም አንቀጾች ካስተባበለና ከእርሷም ከዞረ ሰው ይበልጥ በዳይ ማን ነው እነዚያን አንቀጾቻችንን የሚተውትን ይተውት በነበሩት ምክንያት ብርቱን ቅጣት በእርግጥ እንቀጣቸዋለን ፡ ፡

" and remember how he made you inheritors after the ' ad people and gave you habitations in the land : ye build for yourselves palaces and castles in ( open ) plains , and carve out homes in the mountains ; so bring to remembrance the benefits ( ye have received ) from allah , and refrain from evil and mischief on the earth . "
« ከዓድም በኋላ ምትኮች ባደረጋችሁና በምድሪቱም ላይ ባስቀመጣችሁ ጊዜ አስታውሱ ፡ ፡ ከሜዳዎቿ ( ሸክላ ) ሕንጻዎችን ትገነባላችሁ ፡ ፡ ከተራራዎችም ቤቶችን ትጠርባላችሁ ፡ ፡ ስለዚህ የአላህን ጸጋዎች አስታውሱ ፡ ፡ በምድርም ውስጥ አጥፊዎች ኾናችሁ አታበላሹ ፡ ፡ »
