በላቸው « እናንተ በዚያ ምድርን በሁለት ቀኖች ውስጥ በፈጠረው አምላክ በእርግጥ ትክዳላችሁን ? ለእርሱም ባለንጣዎችን ታደርጋላችሁን ? ያ ( ይህንን የሠራው ) የዓለማት ጌታ ነው ፡ ፡

will you believe in it only after it has overtaken you , although it was your wish to hurry it on ? "
« ከዚያም ( ቅጣቱ ) በወደቀ ጊዜ በእርሱ አመናችሁበትን በእርግጥ በእርሱ የምትቻኮሉ የነበራችሁ ስትሆኑ አሁን » ( ይባላሉ ) ፡ ፡

and why do you not believe in allah while the messenger invites you to believe in your lord and he has taken your covenant , if you should [ truly ] be believers ?
መልክተኛው በጌታችሁ እንድታምኑ የሚጠራችሁ ሲኾን ( ጌታችሁ ) ኪዳናችሁንም የያዘባችሁ ሲኾን በአላህ የማታምኑት ለእናንተ ምን አልላችሁ ? የምታምኑ ብትኾኑ ( ወደ እምነት ቸኩሉ ) ፡ ፡

he who is unable shall fast for two successive months before they touch one another . if he is unable to do this , let him feed sixty needy people that , so that you believe in allah and his messenger .
ያላገኘም ሰው ከመነካከታቸው በፊት ሁለት የተከታተሉ ወሮችን መጾም አለበት ፡ ፡ ያልቻለም ሰው ስድሳ ድኾችን ማብላት ( አለበት ) ፡ ፡ ይህ በአላህና በመልክተኛው እንድታምኑ ነው ፡ ፡ ይህችም የአላህ ሕግጋት ናት ፡ ፡ ለከሓዲዎችም አሳማሚ ቅጣት አልላቸው ፡ ፡

do you believe that other gods exist besides god ? i solemnly declare that he is the only lord and that i am not guilty of believing in what the pagans believe . "
« በምስክርነት ከነገሩ ሁሉ ይበልጥ ታላቅ ማነው » በላቸው ፡ ፡ ( ሌላ መልስ የለምና ) « አላህ ነው ፡ ፡ በእኔና በእናንተ መካከል መስካሪ ነው ፡ ፡ ይህም ቁርኣን እናንተንና የደረሰውን ሰው ሁሉ በርሱ ላስፈራራበት ወደኔ ተወረደ ፡ ፡ ከአላህ ጋር ሌሎች አማልክት መኖራቸውን እናንተ ትመሰክራላችሁን » በላቸው ፡ ፡ « እኔ አልመሰክርም » በላቸው ፡ ፡ « እርሱ አንድ አምላክ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡ እኔም ከምታጋሩት ነገር ንጹሕ ነኝ » በላቸው ፡ ፡

and when it comes to pass , will you believe in it ? what ! now ( you believe ) , and already you wished to have it hastened on .
« ከዚያም ( ቅጣቱ ) በወደቀ ጊዜ በእርሱ አመናችሁበትን በእርግጥ በእርሱ የምትቻኮሉ የነበራችሁ ስትሆኑ አሁን » ( ይባላሉ ) ፡ ፡
