and gently take it away ;
በቀስታ መምዘዝንም መዘዦች በኾኑት ፤

they surely take it to be far away ,
እነርሱ ( ያንን ቀን ) ሩቅ አድርገው ያዩታል ፡ ፡

then we take it to ourselves , taking little by little .
ከዚያም ቀስ በቀስ ወደእኛ ሰብሰብነው ፡ ፡

so have we made it easy in your tongue that they may be mindful .
( ቁርኣኑን ) በቋንቋህም ያገራነው ( ሕዝቦችህ ) ይገነዘቡ ዘንድ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡

now we have made it easy by thy tongue , that haply they may remember .
( ቁርኣኑን ) በቋንቋህም ያገራነው ( ሕዝቦችህ ) ይገነዘቡ ዘንድ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡

then ( as for ) the way-- he has made it easy ( for him )
ከዚያም ( መውጫ ) መንገዱን አገራው ፡ ፡

and we have made it easy in thy language ; they might haply be admonished .
( ቁርኣኑን ) በቋንቋህም ያገራነው ( ሕዝቦችህ ) ይገነዘቡ ዘንድ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡

who , when they take the measure ( of their dues ) from men take it fully ,
ለእነዚያ ከሰዎች ባስሰፈሩ ጊዜ የሚያስሞሉ ፡ ፡

and we will make it easy for thee ( to follow ) the simple ( path ) .
ለገሪቱም ( ሕግጋት ) እንገጥምሃለን ፡ ፡

how can you take it back when you have had intimate relations and made a solemn agreement with each other ?
ከፊላችሁ ወደ ከፊሉ በእርግጥ የደረሰ ሲኾንና ከእናንተ ላይም ( ሴቶች ) የጠበቀ ኪዳንን የያዙባችሁ ሲኾኑ እንዴት ትወስዱታላችሁ !

and how can you take it when one of you has already gone in to the other and they have made with you a firm covenant ?
ከፊላችሁ ወደ ከፊሉ በእርግጥ የደረሰ ሲኾንና ከእናንተ ላይም ( ሴቶች ) የጠበቀ ኪዳንን የያዙባችሁ ሲኾኑ እንዴት ትወስዱታላችሁ !

and how can ye take it back when one of you hath gone in unto the other , and they have obtained from you a rigid bond !
ከፊላችሁ ወደ ከፊሉ በእርግጥ የደረሰ ሲኾንና ከእናንተ ላይም ( ሴቶች ) የጠበቀ ኪዳንን የያዙባችሁ ሲኾኑ እንዴት ትወስዱታላችሁ !

' take it , and do not fear ' he said , ' we will restore it to its former state .
« ያዛት ፤ አትፍራም ፡ ፡ ወደ መጀመሪያ ጠባይዋ እንመልሳታለን » አለው ፡ ፡

and how will you take it back whereas you have become unveiled before each other , and they have taken a strong pledge from you ?
ከፊላችሁ ወደ ከፊሉ በእርግጥ የደረሰ ሲኾንና ከእናንተ ላይም ( ሴቶች ) የጠበቀ ኪዳንን የያዙባችሁ ሲኾኑ እንዴት ትወስዱታላችሁ !

and we sent down from the heaven water in measure , and we caused it to settle in the earth ; and verily to take it away we are able .
ከሰማይም ውሃን በልክ አወረድን ፡ ፡ በምድርም ውስጥ አስቀመጥነው ፡ ፡ እኛም እርሱን በማስወገድ ላይ በእርግጥ ቻዮች ነን ፡ ፡

and we sent down water from the sky in proper measure , then stored it in the earth ; and indeed we are able to take it away !
ከሰማይም ውሃን በልክ አወረድን ፡ ፡ በምድርም ውስጥ አስቀመጥነው ፡ ፡ እኛም እርሱን በማስወገድ ላይ በእርግጥ ቻዮች ነን ፡ ፡

and if allah touch you with affliction , there is none to take it off but he ; and if he visit you with good , then he has power over all things .
አላህም በጉዳት ቢነካህ ለእርሱ ( ለጉዳቱ ) ከእርሱ በቀር ሌላ አስወጋጅ የለም ፡ ፡ በበጎም ነገር ቢነካህ እርሱ በነገሩ ሁሉ ላይ ቻይ ነው ፡ ፡

and how could you take it ( back ) while you have gone in unto each other , and they have taken from you a firm and strong covenant ?
ከፊላችሁ ወደ ከፊሉ በእርግጥ የደረሰ ሲኾንና ከእናንተ ላይም ( ሴቶች ) የጠበቀ ኪዳንን የያዙባችሁ ሲኾኑ እንዴት ትወስዱታላችሁ !

some men there are who buy diverting talk to lead astray from the way of god without knowledge , and to take it in mockery ; those -- there awaits them a humbling chastisement .
ከሰዎችም ያለ ዕውቀት ሆኖ ከአላህ መንገድ ሊያሳስትና ማላገጫ አድርጎ ሊይዛት አታላይ ወሬን የሚገዛ አልለ ፡ ፡ እነዚያ ለእነርሱ አዋራጅ ቅጣት አላቸው ፡ ፡
