jesus answered and said unto her, whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again:
Յիսուս նրան պատասխանեց եւ ասաց. «Ով որ այս ջրից խմի, նորից կը ծարաւի, բայց ով որ խմի այն ջրից, որ ես եմ տալու նրան, յաւիտեան չպիտի ծարաւի:

he that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and i in him.
Ով ուտում է իմ մարմինը եւ ըմպում իմ արիւնը, կը բնակուի իմ մէջ, եւ ես՝ նրա մէջ:

is not this it in which my lord drinketh, and whereby indeed he divineth? ye have done evil in so doing.
Ինչո՞ւ գողացաք արծաթէ սկիհը: Չէ՞ որ դրանով էր խմում իմ տէրը եւ դրանով էր գուշակութիւն անում: Արդ, ձեր արածը չար գործ է»:

whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and i will raise him up at the last day.
Ով ուտում է իմ մարմինը եւ ըմպում իմ արիւնը, յաւիտենական կեանք ունի. եւ ես նրան վերջին օրը յարութիւն առնել պիտի տամ,

and when the scribes and pharisees saw him eat with publicans and sinners, they said unto his disciples, how is it that he eateth and drinketh with publicans and sinners?
Իսկ օրէնսգէտներն ու փարիսեցիները երբ տեսան, որ նա մաքսաւորների եւ մեղաւորների հետ է ուտում, նրա աշակերտներին ասացին. «Ինչո՞ւ էք մեղաւորների ու մաքսաւորների հետ ուտում եւ խմում»:

but whosoever drinketh of the water that i shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that i shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.
Իսկ այն ջուրը, որ ես նրան տալու եմ, նրա մէջ կը լինի բխող ջրի աղբիւր յաւիտենական կեանքի համար»:
