every thing that may abide the fire, ye shall make it go through the fire, and it shall be clean: nevertheless it shall be purified with the water of separation: and all that abideth not the fire ye shall make go through the water.
မီးကိုခံနိုင်သောအရာရှိသမျှတို့ကို မီးအလယ် ၌ သွားစေ သဖြင့် စင်ကြယ်စေရမည်။ သို့ရာတွင် စင်ကြယ်စေသောရေ ဖြင့်လည်း စင်ကြယ်စေရမည်။ မီးမခံနိုင်သောအရာ ရှိသမျှတို့ကို ရေအလယ်၌ သွားစေရမည်။

and david inquired of god, saying, shall i go up against the philistines? and wilt thou deliver them into mine hand? and the lord said unto him, go up; for i will deliver them into thine hand.

and david inquired of the lord, saying, shall i go up to the philistines? wilt thou deliver them into mine hand? and the lord said unto david, go up: for i will doubtless deliver the philistines into thine hand.

go through, go through the gates; prepare ye the way of the people; cast up, cast up the highway; gather out the stones; lift up a standard for the people.
မြို့တံခါးမှ ထွက်ကြ။ ထွက်ကြ။ လူများဘို့လမ်း ကို ပြင်ကြ။ မြေဖို့ကြ။ ဖို့ကြ။ ကျောက်များကို ပယ်ရှင်းကြ။ လူများဘို့အလံကို ထူကြ။

(and the children of israel went up and wept before the lord until even, and asked counsel of the lord, saying, shall i go up again to battle against the children of benjamin my brother? and the lord said, go up against him.)

and it came to pass after this, that david inquired of the lord, saying, shall i go up into any of the cities of judah? and the lord said unto him, go up. and david said, whither shall i go up? and he said, unto hebron.
ထိုနောက် ဒါဝိဒ်က၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ယုဒမြို့ တစုံတမြို့သို့ သွားရပါမည်လောဟု ထာဝရဘုရား ထံတော်၌ မေးလျှောက်လျှင်၊ ထာဝရဘုရားက သွားလော့ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။ ဒါဝိဒ်ကလည်း အဘယ်မြို့သို့ သွားရပါမည်နည်းဟုမေးလျှောက်သော်၊ ဟေဗြုန်မြို့သို့ သွားလော့ဟု မိန့်တော်မူသည်အတိုင်း၊

for when ye offer your gifts, when ye make your sons to pass through the fire, ye pollute yourselves with all your idols, even unto this day: and shall i be inquired of by you, o house of israel? as i live, saith the lord god, i will not be inquired of by you.
