결혼할 연령에 이를때까지 고아들을 보살피되 그들이 건전하다고 판단될 때는 그들의 재산을 돌려주되 그것을 탐내거나 그들이성장하는 것을 시기하지 말라 그 보호자가 부유하다면 그 고아의 재산을 맡아 준 대가를 삭제할 것이며 그 보호자가 가난하다면 합 당한 보호료만 가질 것이라 또한 그 재산을 고아에게 돌려 줄 때는증인을 세울지니 중인은 하나님 만으로 충분하니라
