first of all, i have chosen the idea of a hornbill sculpture as my theme for this semester 05. to make it easier for me to imagine it clearly, i have sketched the idea on a piece of a4 size paper with a pen so that it is easy for me to understand.
pertama sekali, saya telah memilih idea arca burung kenyalang sebagai tema saya pada semester 05 ini. untuk memudahkan saya bagi membayangkannya dengan jelas, saya telah membuat lakaran idea pada sekeping kertas bersaiz a4 dengan pen agar mudah untuk saya fahami.

photo 4 c is the kenyah ethnic war hat. this war hat which is decorated with frond feathers and the hornbill part of the hat symbolizes that the user has beheaded the enemy. the motifs produced are not much different from the iban ethnic motifs because they highlight many patterns such as plants that bloom in bright colors or contra, namely red and yellow so that they can be seen clearly
foto 4 c ialah topi perang etnik kenyah. topi perang ini yang dihiasi dengan bulu pelepah dan bahagian burung kenyalang pada topi tersebut melambangkan pengguna telah memenggal kepala musuh. motif yang dihasilkan tidak jauh beza dengan motif etnik iban kerana banyak menonjolkan corak seperti tumbuhan yang menjala berwarna terang atau kontra iaitu merah dan kuning sehingga boleh dilihat dengan jelas
