ނުބައިކަމެއްގެ ޖަޒާއަކީ އެއާއެއްފަދަ ނުބައިކަމެކެވެ. ފަހެ (ނުބައިކަމެއް ކޮށްފިމީހާއަށް) عفو ކޮށް، صلح ވެރިވެގަތްމީހާގެ ثواب ވަނީ، اللَّه ގެ حضرة ގައެވެ. ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެކަލާނގެ، އަނިޔާވެރިންދެކެ ލޯބިވެވޮޑިގެނެއް ނުވެތެވެ.

the believers are but brethren; wherefore make reconciliation between your brethren and fear allah, that haply ye may be shewn mercy.
مؤمن ން ވާކަންކަށަވަރީ، أخ ންތަކެއް ކަމުގައެވެ. ފަހެ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ދެ أخ ން ދެމެދު ތިޔަބައިމީހުން صلح ކުރާށެވެ! އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން اللَّه އަށް تقوى ވެރިވާށެވެ! (އެއީ) ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް رحمة ލެއްވުމަށްޓަކައެވެ.

if you fear a breach between them send for an arbiter from his people and an arbiter from her people. if both wish reconciliation, allah will bring success between them.
އެދެމީހުންގެ ދެމެދުގައި ދެކޮޅުވެރިކަމެއް އުފެދި، އެކަމާމެދު ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ބިރުގެންފިނަމަ، އޭނާގެ أهل ވެރިންގެ ތެރެއިން ނިޔާވެރިޔަކާއި، އެކަނބުލޭގެ أهل ވެރިންގެ ތެރެއިން ނިޔާވެރިޔަކު ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ފޮނުވާށެވެ! صلح ކުރުމަށް އެދެމީހުން قصد ކުރާނަމަ، اللَّه، އެ ދެމީހުން صلح ކުރައްވައި، އެއްބަސް ކުރައްވައިފާނެތެވެ. ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، اللَّه އީ، މޮޅަށް ދެނެވޮޑިގެންވާ خبير ވަންތަ ރަސްކަލާނގެ ކަމުގައިވެއެވެ.

and if you fear dissension between the two, send an arbitrator from his people and an arbitrator from her people. if they both desire reconciliation, allah will cause it between them.
އެދެމީހުންގެ ދެމެދުގައި ދެކޮޅުވެރިކަމެއް އުފެދި، އެކަމާމެދު ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ބިރުގެންފިނަމަ، އޭނާގެ أهل ވެރިންގެ ތެރެއިން ނިޔާވެރިޔަކާއި، އެކަނބުލޭގެ أهل ވެރިންގެ ތެރެއިން ނިޔާވެރިޔަކު ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ފޮނުވާށެވެ! صلح ކުރުމަށް އެދެމީހުން قصد ކުރާނަމަ، اللَّه، އެ ދެމީހުން صلح ކުރައްވައި، އެއްބަސް ކުރައްވައިފާނެތެވެ. ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، اللَّه އީ، މޮޅަށް ދެނެވޮޑިގެންވާ خبير ވަންތަ ރަސްކަލާނގެ ކަމުގައިވެއެވެ.

and it is not lawful for them that they should conceal that which allah hath created in their wombs if they are believers in allah and the last day. and their husbands would do better to take them back in that case if they desire a reconciliation.
އަދި، ވަރިކޮށްފައިވާ އަންހެނުން، އެކަނބަލުންގެ އަމިއްލަ نفس ތަކާއިގެން ތިން قُرء ވަންދެން انتظار ކުރާހުށިކަމެވެ! (قُرء އަކީ، حيض ނުވަތަ طُهر އެވެ.) އަދި، އެކަނބަލުން، اللَّه އަށާއި، آخرة ދުވަހަށް، إيمان ވާ ކަމުގައިވާނަމަ، އެކަނބަލުންގެ رَحِم ތަކުގައި اللَّه އުފައްދަވާފައިވާ އެއްޗެއް (އެބަހީ: حيض ވުމާއި ބަލިވެއިނުންފަދަ ކަންތައް) ވަންހަނާކުރުން އެކަނބަލުންނަށް ހުއްދައެއް ނުވާނެތެވެ. އަދި، އެއުރެން إصلاح ކުރުމަށް އެދޭނަމަ، عدّة ގެ ދުވަސްވަރުގައި އެކަނބަލުން ކާވެންޏަށް އަނބުރައި ގެނައުން އެކަނބަލުންގެ ފިރީންނަށް حق ވެގެން ވެއެވެ. އަދި شرعى ހަމައިން (ފިރިންނަށް އަދާކުރުން) އެކަނބަލުންގެ މައްޗަށް ވާޖިބުވެގެންވާފަދަ ކަންތައްތައް (ފިރިންގެ ފަރާތުން) އެކަނބަލުންނަށްވެސް حق ވެގެން ވެއެވެ. އަދި އެކަނބަލުންގެ މައްޗަށް ފިރިހެނުންނަށް ދަރަޖައެއް ލިބިގެންވެއެވެ. اللَّه އީ، عزيز ވަންތަ، حكيم ވަންތަ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

how about when a disaster strikes them because what their hands have put forward, and then they come to you swearing by god: “we only intended goodwill and reconciliation”?
އަދި، އެއުރެންގެ އަތްތަކުން އިސްކުޅަ عمل ތަކެއްގެ ސަބަބުން އެއުރެންނަށް مصيبة އެއް ޖެހިއްޖިއްޔާ ކޮންފަދަތޯއެވެ؟ ދެން، އެއުރެން إحسان ތެރިވުމާއި، އެކުވެރިކުރުން މެނުވީ ތިމަންމެން قصد އެއް ނުކުރަމުއޭ ދަންނަވައި، اللَّه ގަންދީ ހުވާކުރަމުން ކަލޭގެފާނުންގެ އަރިހަށް އާދެއެވެ.

and if a woman feareth from her husband refractoriness or estrangement, it shall be no blame on the twain if they effect between them a reconciliation; and reconciliation is better. and souls are engrained with greed.
ފިރިމީހާ ދުރުހެލިވެ، ނުވަތަ ވާހަކަ ނުދައްކައި ހުރެދާނެކަމަށް އަންހެނަކަށް ބިރު ހީވެއްޖެނަމަ، އެދެމީހުންގެ މެދުގައި އެކުވެރިކަމުގެ صلح ވުމަކުން صلح ވުމާމެދު، އެ ދެމީހުންގެ މައްޗަކަށް ކުށެއްނެތެވެ. صلح ވުން ހެޔޮކަން ބޮޑެވެ. އަދި (ތިމާގެގާތުން ކުރަންޖެހޭ ހޭދަޔަކާމެދު، އަދި ތިމާޔަށް ލިބެންވީ ލިބުމަކާމެދު) ދަހިވެތިވުން ހިތްތަކުގައި ލައްވާފައިވެއެވެ. އަދި، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން إحسان ތެރިވެ އަދި تقوى ވެރިވާނަމަ (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ފަހެ، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ކަންތައްކުރާގޮތް މޮޅަށް ދެނެވޮޑިގެންވާ ކަލަކުކަމުގައި اللَّه ވޮޑިގެންވެއެވެ.

divorced women shall keep themselves in waiting for three menstrual courses and it is unlawful for them, if they believe in allah and the last day, to hide whatever allah might have created in their wombs. should their husbands desire reconciliation during this time they are entitled to take them back into wedlock.
އަދި، ވަރިކޮށްފައިވާ އަންހެނުން، އެކަނބަލުންގެ އަމިއްލަ نفس ތަކާއިގެން ތިން قُرء ވަންދެން انتظار ކުރާހުށިކަމެވެ! (قُرء އަކީ، حيض ނުވަތަ طُهر އެވެ.) އަދި، އެކަނބަލުން، اللَّه އަށާއި، آخرة ދުވަހަށް، إيمان ވާ ކަމުގައިވާނަމަ، އެކަނބަލުންގެ رَحِم ތަކުގައި اللَّه އުފައްދަވާފައިވާ އެއްޗެއް (އެބަހީ: حيض ވުމާއި ބަލިވެއިނުންފަދަ ކަންތައް) ވަންހަނާކުރުން އެކަނބަލުންނަށް ހުއްދައެއް ނުވާނެތެވެ. އަދި، އެއުރެން إصلاح ކުރުމަށް އެދޭނަމަ، عدّة ގެ ދުވަސްވަރުގައި އެކަނބަލުން ކާވެންޏަށް އަނބުރައި ގެނައުން އެކަނބަލުންގެ ފިރީންނަށް حق ވެގެން ވެއެވެ. އަދި شرعى ހަމައިން (ފިރިންނަށް އަދާކުރުން) އެކަނބަލުންގެ މައްޗަށް ވާޖިބުވެގެންވާފަދަ ކަންތައްތައް (ފިރިންގެ ފަރާތުން) އެކަނބަލުންނަށްވެސް حق ވެގެން ވެއެވެ. އަދި އެކަނބަލުންގެ މައްޗަށް ފިރިހެނުންނަށް ދަރަޖައެއް ލިބިގެންވެއެވެ. اللَّه އީ، عزيز ވަންތަ، حكيم ވަންތަ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

and divorced women shall restrain themselves for three menstrual periods; and it is not lawful for them to conceal what allah has created in their wombs if they believe in allah and the last day; and their husbands have the right to take them back, during this time, if they desire reconciliation; and the women also have rights similar to those of men over them, in accordance with islamic law – and men have superiority over them; and allah is almighty, wise.
