"நிச்சயமாக இவை எனக்கு விரோதிகளே - அகிலங்களின் இறைவனைத் தவிர (அவனே காப்பவன்)."

and fir'aun (pharaoh) said: "bring to me every well-versed sorcerer."
ஃபிர்அவ்ன் (தன் கூட்டத்தாரிடம்) "தேர்ச்சி பெற்ற சூனியக்காரர் ஒவ்வொரு வரையும் என்னிடம் கொண்டு வாருங்கள்" எனக் கூறினான்.

"but if you bring him not to me, there shall be no measure (of corn) for you with me, nor shall you come near me."
"ஆகவே, நீங்கள் அவரை என்னிடம் அழைத்து வராவிட்டால், என்னிடமிருந்து உங்களுக்கு (தானிய) அளவையும் (இனி) இல்லை நீங்கள் என்னை நெருங்கவும் கூடாது" என்று கூறினார்.

"என்னுடைய இந்தச் சட்டையை நீங்கள் எடுத்துக் கொண்டு சென்று, என் தந்தையாரின் முகத்தில் போடுங்கள்; அவருக்குக் கண்பார்வை வந்துவிடும்; இன்னும் உங்களுடைய குடும்பத்தார் அனைவரையும் என்னிடம் கொண்டு வாருங்கள்" (என்று கூறினார்).

எவர்கள் (சன்மார்க்கத்தை) நிராகரித்தும், அல்லாஹ்வின் பாதையை விட்டும் (மனிதர்களைத்) தடுத்தும் கொண்டிருந்தார்களோ, அவர்களுடைய செயல்களை (அல்லாஹ்) பயனில்லாமல் ஆக்கிவிட்டான்.

(யூஸுஃப்) அவர்களுக்கு வேண்டிய பொருள் (தானியங்களைச்) சித்தம் செய்து கொடுத்த போது, (அவர்களை நோக்கி) "உங்கள் தந்தை வழிச் சகோதரனை (மறுமுறை நீங்கள் இங்கு வரும்போது) என்னிடம் அழைத்து வாருங்கள். நிச்சயமாக நான் உங்களுக்கு (தானியங்களை நிரப்பமாக) அளந்து கொடுத்ததையும், விருந்துபசாரம் செய்வதில் நான் "சிறந்தவன்" என்பதையும் நீங்கள் பார்க்கவில்லையா?

in the qur'an we have explained things to people in myriad ways. but no matter what sign you bring to them, those who are resolved upon denying the truth will say: “you are given to falsehood.”
திடமாக இந்த குர்ஆனில் மனிதர்களுக்குப் பலவிதமான உவமானங்களையும் நாம் கூறியிருக்கிறோம்; ஆயினும் நீர் எந்த ஓர் அத்தாட்சியை அவர்களிடம் கொண்டு வந்த போதிலும்; "நீங்கள் எல்லோரும் வீண் பொய்யர்களே அன்றி வேறில்லை" என்று நிராகரிப்வோர் நிச்சயமாக கூறுவார்கள்.

நீர் (அவர்களின் விருப்பப்படி) அவர்களிடம் ஓர் அத்தாட்சியைக் கொண்டு வராவிட்டால், "நீர் இந்த அத்தாட்சியை ஏன் கொண்டு வரவில்லை?" என்று கேட்பார்கள்; (நீர் கூறும்;) நான் பின்பற்றுவதெல்லாம் என் இறைவனிடமிருந்து எனக்கு அறிவிக்கப்படுவதைத்தான்; (திருக்குர்ஆன் ஆகிய) இது உங்கள் இறைவனிடமிருந்து வந்த அறிவொளியாகவும், நேர்வழியாகவும், நல்லருளாகவும் இருக்கின்றது - நம்பிக்கை கொண்ட மக்களுக்கு.

even though you bring all the proof to the people of the book they will not face the direction you turn to, nor you theirs, nor will they follow each other's direction. and if you follow their whims after all the knowledge that has reached you, then surely you will be among transgressors.
வேதம் கொடுக்கப்பட்டவர்களிடம் நீர் எல்லாவிதமான அத்தாட்சிகளையும் கொண்டுவந்த போதிலும் அவர்கள் உம் கிப்லாவைப் பின்பற்ற மாட்டார்கள்;. நீரும் அவர்களுடைய கிப்லாவைப் பின்பற்றுபவர் அல்லர்;. இன்னும் அவர்களில் சிலர் மற்றவர்களின் கிப்லாவைப் பின்பற்றுபவர்களும் அல்லர்;. எனவே (இதைப் பற்றிய) ஞானம் உமக்குக் கிடைத்த பின் நீர் அவர்களுடைய விருப்பங்களைப் பின்பற்றி நடப்பீராயின், நிச்சயமாக நீர் அநியாயக்காரர்களில் ஒருவராக இருப்பீர்.
