அல்லது உங்களிடம் ஏதாவது வேத(ஆதார)ம் இருக்கின்றதா? அதில் நீங்கள் படித்திருக்கின்றீர்களா?

who is there to give you food in case he withholds his bounty? yet they persist in rebellion and aversion.

when the magicians arrived, they said to pharaoh, “is there a reward for us, if we are the winners?”

has he fabricated a lie against allah, or is there a madness in him?’ indeed, those who do not believe in the hereafter languish in punishment and extreme error.
அன்றியும், இ(வ்வாறு கூறுகின்ற)வர் அல்லாஹ்வின் மீது "பொய்யை இட்டுக் கட்டுகிறாரா அல்லது இவருக்கு பைத்தியமா?" (என்றும் கேட்கிறார்கள்.) அவ்வாறல்ல! மறுமையின் மீது நம்பிக்கை கொள்ளாதவர்கள் வேதனையிலும் வெகு தூரமான வழி கேட்டிலுமே இருக்கிறார்கள்.

he who answers the constrained, when he calls unto him, and removes the evil and appoints you to be successors in the earth. is there a god with god? little indeed do you remember.
கஷ்டத்திற்குள்ளானவன் அவனை அழைத்தால் அவனுக்கு பதில் கொடுத்து, அவன் துன்பத்தை நீக்குபவனும், உங்களை இப்பூமியில் பின்தோன்றல்களாக ஆக்கியவனும் யார்? அல்லாஹ்வுடன் (வேறு) நாயன் இருக்கின்றானா? (இல்லை) எனினும் (இவையெல்லாம் பற்றி) நீங்கள் சிந்தித்துப் பார்ப்பது மிகக் குறைவேயாகும்.

and how many a generation did we destroy before them who were mightier in prowess than they, so they went about and about in the lands. is there a place of refuge?
அன்றியும், (நிராகரிப்போரான) அவர்களைவிட பலசாளிகளாக இருந்த எத்தனையோ தலைமுறையினரை அவர்களுக்கு முன்னர் நாம் அழித்திருக்கின்றோம்; அவர்கள் (அழிவிலிருந்து தப்பித்துக் கொள்ள) பல ஊர்களிலிரும் (துளைத்துச்) சென்றனர்; ஆனால் அவர்கள் தப்பித்துக் கொள்ள புகலிடம் இருந்ததா?

he whom allah leads astray has none to protect him thereafter. you will see the harmdoers when they see the punishment saying: 'is there a way back'
"இன்னும் எவரை அல்லாஹ் வழிகேட்டில் விட்டுவிடுகிறானோ அதற்குப்பின் அவனுக்குப் பாதுகாவலர் எவருமில்லை, அநியாயம் செய்தவர்கள் வேதனையைக் காணும் போது (இதிலிருந்து) தப்பித்து மீள்வதற்கு ஏதாகிலும் வழியுண்டா?" என்று கூறும் நிலையை நீர் காண்பீர்.

who guides you in the darkness of the land and sea, and sends the winds bearing glad tidings of his mercy, is there a god with allah? exalted is allah above what they associate.
கரையிலும் கடலிலுமுள்ள இருள்களில் உங்களை நேரான வழியில் செலுத்துபவன் யார்? மேலும், தன்னுடைய 'ரஹ்மத்' என்னும் அருள் மாரிக்கு முன்னே நன்மாராயம் (கூறுவன) ஆக காற்றுகளை அனுப்பி வைப்பவன் யார்? அல்லாஹ்வுடன் (வேறு) நாயன் இருக்கின்றானா? - அவர்கள் இணை வைப்பவற்றைவிட அல்லாஹ் மிகவும் உயர்வானவன்.

is he [not best] who responds to the desperate one when he calls upon him and removes evil and makes you inheritors of the earth? is there a deity with allah? little do you remember.
கஷ்டத்திற்குள்ளானவன் அவனை அழைத்தால் அவனுக்கு பதில் கொடுத்து, அவன் துன்பத்தை நீக்குபவனும், உங்களை இப்பூமியில் பின்தோன்றல்களாக ஆக்கியவனும் யார்? அல்லாஹ்வுடன் (வேறு) நாயன் இருக்கின்றானா? (இல்லை) எனினும் (இவையெல்லாம் பற்றி) நீங்கள் சிந்தித்துப் பார்ப்பது மிகக் குறைவேயாகும்.

he who made the earth a fixed place and set amidst it rivers and appointed for it firm mountains and placed a partition between the two seas. is there a god with god? nay, but the most of them have no knowledge.
இந்தப் பூமியை வசிக்கத் தக்க இடமாக ஆக்கியவனும், அதனிடையே ஆறுகளை உண்டாக்கியவனும்; அதற்காக (அதன் மீது அசையா) மலைகளை உண்டாக்கியவனும் இரு கடல்களுக்கிடையே தடுப்பை உண்டாக்கியவனும் யார்? அல்லாஹ்வுடன் (வேறு) நாயன் இருக்கின்றானா? இல்லை! (எனினும்) அவர்களில் பெரும்பாலோர் அறியாதவர்களாக இருக்கின்றனர்.

and whomever allah sends astray, there is no friend for him against allah; and you will see the unjust when they behold the punishment saying, “is there a way to return?”
"இன்னும் எவரை அல்லாஹ் வழிகேட்டில் விட்டுவிடுகிறானோ அதற்குப்பின் அவனுக்குப் பாதுகாவலர் எவருமில்லை, அநியாயம் செய்தவர்கள் வேதனையைக் காணும் போது (இதிலிருந்து) தப்பித்து மீள்வதற்கு ஏதாகிலும் வழியுண்டா?" என்று கூறும் நிலையை நீர் காண்பீர்.

o people! remember the favour of allah upon you; is there a creator other than allah who can provide you sustenance from the sky and the earth? there is no god except him; so where are you reverting?
மனிதர்களே! உங்கள் மீது அல்லாஹ் வழங்கியுள்ள பாக்கியங்களைச் சிந்தித்துப் பாருங்கள்; வானத்திலும், பூமியிலுமிருந்து உங்களுக்கு உணவளிப்பவன், அல்லாஹ்வை அன்றி (வேறு) படைப்பாளன் இருக்கின்றானா? அவனையன்றி வேறு நாயன் இல்லை அவ்வாறிருக்க, (இவ்வுண்மையை விட்டும்) நீங்கள் எவ்வாறு திருப்பப்படுகிறீர்கள்.

has he (muhammad saw) invented a lie against allah, or is there a madness in him? nay, but those who disbelieve in the hereafter are (themselves) in a torment, and in far error.
அன்றியும், இ(வ்வாறு கூறுகின்ற)வர் அல்லாஹ்வின் மீது "பொய்யை இட்டுக் கட்டுகிறாரா அல்லது இவருக்கு பைத்தியமா?" (என்றும் கேட்கிறார்கள்.) அவ்வாறல்ல! மறுமையின் மீது நம்பிக்கை கொள்ளாதவர்கள் வேதனையிலும் வெகு தூரமான வழி கேட்டிலுமே இருக்கிறார்கள்.

he holds the keys to the unseen; none knows them but he. he has knowledge of all that land and sea contain. no leaf falls without his knowledge, nor is there a single grain in the darkness of the earth, or anything, wet or dry, but is recorded in a clear record.
அவனிடமே மறைவானவற்றின் திறவுகோல்கள் இருக்கின்றன. அவற்றை அவனன்றி எவரும் அறியார். மேலும் கரையிலும் கடலிலும் உள்ளவற்றையெல்லாம் அவன் அறிவான்; அவன் அறியாமல் ஓர் இலையும் உதிர்வதில்லை. பூமியின் (ஆழத்தில் அடர்ந்த) இருள்களில் கிடக்கும் சிறு வித்தும், பசுமையானதும், உலர்ந்ததும் (எந்தப் பொருளும்) தெளிவான (அவனுடைய) பதிவேட்டில் இல்லாமலில்லை.

is he [not best] who begins creation and then repeats it and who provides for you from the heaven and earth? is there a deity with allah? say, "produce your proof, if you should be truthful."
முதன் முதலில் படைப்பைத் துவங்குபவனும், பின்னர் அதனை மீண்டும் உண்டாக்கி வைப்பவனும் யாh? வானத்திலிருந்தும், பூமியிலிருந்தும் உங்களுக்கு ஆகாரம் அளிப்பவன் யார்? அல்லாஹ்வுடன் (வேறு) நாயன் இருக்கின்றானா? (நபியே!) நீர் கூறுவீராக "நீங்கள் உண்மையாளர்களாக இருந்தால், உங்களுடைய ஆதாரங்களைக் கொண்டு வாருங்கள்."

he who created the heavens and earth, and sent down for you out of heaven water; and we caused to grow therewith gardens full of loveliness whose trees you could never grow. is there a god with god? nay, but they are a people who assign to him equals!
அன்றியும், வானங்களையும் பூமியையும் படைத்து, உங்களுக்கு வானத்திலிருந்து மழையை இறக்கி வைப்பவன் யார்? பின்னர் அதைக் கொண்டு செழிப்பான தோட்டங்களை நாம் முளைக்கச் செய்கிறோம். அதன் மரங்களை முளைக்கச் செய்வது உங்களால் முடியாது. (அவ்வாறிருக்க) அல்லாஹ்வுடன் (வேறு) நாயன் இருக்கின்றானா? இல்லை! ஆயினும் அவர்கள் (தம் கற்பனை தெய்வங்களை அல்லாஹ்வுக்கு) சமமாக்கும் மக்களாகவே இருக்கிறார்கள்.

(o prophet), tell them: "did you consider: if allah were to make the night perpetual over you till the day of judgement, is there a god other than allah who can bring forth light for you? do you not hear?"
(நபியே!) நீர் கூறுவீராக "கியாமநாள் வரை அல்லாஹ் உங்கள் மீது இரவை நிரந்தரமாக இருக்கும்படிச் செய்து விட்டால், உங்களுக்கு(ப் பகலின்) வெளிச்சத்தைக் கொண்டுவரக் கூடியவன் அல்லாஹ்வை அன்றி நாயன் உண்டா என்பதை நீங்கள் (சிந்தித்துப்) பார்த்தீர்களா? (இவ்வுண்மையை) நீங்கள் செவியேற்க வேண்டாமா?

[more precisely], is he [not best] who created the heavens and the earth and sent down for you rain from the sky, causing to grow thereby gardens of joyful beauty which you could not [otherwise] have grown the trees thereof? is there a deity with allah? [no], but they are a people who ascribe equals [to him].
அன்றியும், வானங்களையும் பூமியையும் படைத்து, உங்களுக்கு வானத்திலிருந்து மழையை இறக்கி வைப்பவன் யார்? பின்னர் அதைக் கொண்டு செழிப்பான தோட்டங்களை நாம் முளைக்கச் செய்கிறோம். அதன் மரங்களை முளைக்கச் செய்வது உங்களால் முடியாது. (அவ்வாறிருக்க) அல்லாஹ்வுடன் (வேறு) நாயன் இருக்கின்றானா? இல்லை! ஆயினும் அவர்கள் (தம் கற்பனை தெய்வங்களை அல்லாஹ்வுக்கு) சமமாக்கும் மக்களாகவே இருக்கிறார்கள்.
