they assume that the armies of the disbelievers have not gone away; and were the armies to come again, their wish would be to go out to the villages seeking information about you; and were they to stay among you even then they would not fight, except a few.

allah is he who sendeth the winds so that they raise a cloud and then spreadeth it along the heaven as he will and breaketh it into fragments, and thou beholdest the rain come forth from the intestines thereof. then when he maketh it fall upon such of his bondmen as he will, lo! they rejoice.
அல்லாஹ்தான், காற்றுகளை அனுப்பி, (அவற்றால்) மேகத்தை ஓட்டி, பிறகு அதைத் தான் நாடியபடி, வானத்தில் பரத்தி, பல துண்டங்களாகவும் ஆக்கி விடுகிறான்; அதன் மத்தியிலிருந்து மழை வெளியாவதை நீர் பார்க்கிறீர்; பிறகு, அவன் அதைத் தன் அடியார்களில், தான் நாடியவர் மீது வந்தடையச் செய்யும் போது, அவர்கள் மகிழ்கிறார்கள்.
