a legend with habit-forming charm. i was listening to stories about a legendary hotel in the tatras already in my childhood and today, when i am part of it, i feel not only proud but also committed to care for the satisfaction of our guests. within more than 3 years, we have managed to move the level of our services higher but there is still something which hasn´t changed since i started to manage this hotel – every day when i enter the hotel reception, my breath is taken away.
