ထိုသူသည် ငယ်သားကိုဘမ်းဆီး၍ ရိုက်ပြီးမှ လက်ချည်းလွှတ်လိုက်ကြ၏။

then the band and the captain and officers of the jews took jesus, and bound him,
ထိုအခါတပ်မှူးမှစ၍ စစ်သူရဲတို့နှင့် ယုဒမင်းလုလင်တို့သည် ယေရှုကိုဘမ်းဆီး၍ ချည်နှောင်ပြီးလျှင် အန္နတ်မင်းထံသို့ ရှေးဦးစွာ ယူသွားကြ၏။

ထိုအခါ မင်းအရာရှိအပေါင်းတို့သည်ထ၍ ကိုယ်တော်ကို ပိလတ်မင်းထံသို့ ဆောင်သွားကြပြီးလျှင်၊

and when they had bound him, they led him away, and delivered him to pontius pilate the governor.
ကိုယ်တော်ကို ချည်နှောင်ပြီးလျှင် မြို့ဝန်မင်း ပုန္တိပိလတ်ထံသို့ ဆောင်သွား၍ အပ်လိုက်ကြ၏။

and they took all the spoil, and all the prey, both of men and of beasts.

တမြို့လုံးရုန်းရင်းခတ်မျှ ဖြစ်လျှင်၊ လူများတို့သည် ပြေးလာ၍ စုဝေးကြလျက်၊ ပေါလုကိုကိုင်ယူ၍ ဗိမာန်တော်ပြင်သို့ ဆွဲငင်ပြီးမှ တခဏ ခြင်းတံခါးများတို့ကို ပိတ်ထားကြ၏။
