that sanballat and geshem sent unto me, saying, come, let us meet together in some one of the villages in the plain of ono. but they thought to do me mischief.
သမ္ဘာလတ်နှင့် ဂေရှင်တို့က လာပါ။ ဩနောချိုင့် တွင် ခေဖိရိမ် ရွာမှာတွေ့ကြကုန်အံ့ဟု မကောင်းသော အကြံရှိ၍ ငါ့ကို မှာလိုက်ကြ၏။

and the lord repented of the evil which he thought to do unto his people.
ထာဝရဘုရားသည် မိမိလူတို့အား အပြစ်ပေးမည်အကြံကို နောင်တရတော်မူ၏။

moreover it shall come to pass, that i shall do unto you, as i thought to do unto them.
ထိုမှတပါး၊ သူတို့အား ငါကြံစသည်သည်အတိုင်း သင်တို့ကို ငါပြုမည်ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။

howbeit jesus spake of his death: but they thought that he had spoken of taking of rest in sleep.
ယေရှုသည် လာဇရုသေကြောင်းကိုမှတ်၍ မိန့်တော်မူသော်လည်း၊ ပကတိအိပ်ပျော်ကြောင်းကို မိန့် တော်မူသည်ဟု တပည့်တော်တို့သည် ထင်မှတ်ကြ၏။

သူတို့သည် နားမထောင်၊ ဣသရေလအမျိုးသား တို့ရှေ့မှာ ထာဝရဘုရား ဖျက်ဆီးတော်မူသော လူမျိုးတို့ ပြုသည်ထက် သာ၍ ဒုစရိုက်ကိုပြုစေခြင်းငှါ မနာရှေ သည် သွေးဆောင်လေ၏။

but my words and my statutes, which i commanded my servants the prophets, did they not take hold of your fathers? and they returned and said, like as the lord of hosts thought to do unto us, according to our ways, and according to our doings, so hath he dealt with us.
ငါ၏ ကျွန်ပရောဖက်တို့၌ ငါမှာထားသော ငါ၏ ပညတ်စကားတို့သည် သင်တို့ ဘိုးဘေးများကို မှီကြပြီ မဟုတ်လော။ သူတို့သည် သတိရ၍ ငါတို့ကျင့်ကြံပြုမူ သည်နှင့်အလျောက်၊ ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင် ဘုရား သခင် ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ငါတို့၌ စီရင်မည်ဟု အကြံ ရှိတော်မူသည်အတိုင်း၊ စီရင်တော်မူပြီဟု ပြောဆိုကြသည် မဟုတ်လောဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။

and they came in, and possessed it; but they obeyed not thy voice, neither walked in thy law; they have done nothing of all that thou commandedst them to do: therefore thou hast caused all this evil to come upon them:
သူတို့သည် ဝင်၍သိမ်းယူကြသော်လည်း၊ အမိန့် တော်ကို နားမထောင်၊ တရားတော်လမ်းသို့မလိုက်၊ မှာထားတော်မူသော အကျင့်တစုံတခုကိုမျှ မကျင့်ဘဲ နေသောကြောင့်၊ ယခုခံရသမျှသော ဘေးဥပဒ်တို့ကို သူတို့အပေါ်သို့ ရောက်စေတော်မူပြီ။

and he saith unto them, is it lawful to do good on the sabbath days, or to do evil? to save life, or to kill? but they held their peace.
ဥပုသ်နေ့၌ ကျေးဇူးပြုအပ်သလော၊ သူ့အကျိုးကိုဖျက်ဆီးအပ်သလော၊ အသက်ကို ကယ်အပ်သလော၊ သတ်အပ်သလောဟု ပရိသတ်တို့အား မေးတော်မူလျှင်၊ ထိုသူတို့သည် တိတ်ဆိတ်စွာနေကြ၏။

and they shall not come near unto me, to do the office of a priest unto me, nor to come near to any of my holy things, in the most holy place: but they shall bear their shame, and their abominations which they have committed.
ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်လုပ်၍ ငါ့ထံသို့မချဉ်းကပ်ရကြ။ အလွန်သန့်ရှင်းသော ငါ့ဌာန၌ သန့်ရှင်းသောအရာတို့ကို မချဉ်းကပ်ရကြ။ ကိုယ်အရှက်ကွဲခြင်း၊ ကိုယ်ပြုမိသော စက်ဆုပ်ရွံရှာဘွယ်အမှုတို့ကို ခံရကြမည်။
