the final consolidated accounts shall be published in the official journal of the european communities together with the statement of assurance given by the court of auditors in accordance with article 248 of the ec treaty and article 160c of the euratom treaty by 31 october of the following financial year.
i conti consolidati definitivi sono pubblicati nella gazzetta ufficiale delle comunità europee entro il 31 ottobre che segue l'esercizio chiuso, corredati della dichiarazione d'affidabilità fornita dalla corte dei conti a norma dell'articolo 248 del trattato ce e dell'articolo 160 c del trattato euratom.

without prejudice to the auditing of the accounts and to checks that they are lawful and regular as laid down in article 248 of the ec treaty and article 160c of the euratom treaty, such auditing and checks being mainly concerned with the reliability and effectiveness of national systems and procedures for determining the base for own resources accruing from vat and gnp and without prejudice to the inspection arrangements made pursuant to article 279(c) of the ec treaty and article 183 point (c) of the euratom treaty, the council shall, acting unanimously on a proposal from the commission and after consulting the european parliament, adopt the provisions necessary to apply this decision and to make possible the inspection of the collection, the making available to the commission and payment of the revenue referred to in articles 2 and 5.
fatti salvi la verifica dei conti e i controlli di conformità e di regolarità previsti dall'articolo 248 del trattato ce e dall'articolo 160 c del trattato euratom, che riguardano essenzialmente l'affidabilità e l'efficacia dei sistemi e delle procedure nazionali di determinazione della base per le risorse proprie provenienti dall'iva e dal pnl, e fatti salvi i controlli organizzati a norma dell'articolo 279, lettera c), del trattato ce e dell'articolo 183, lettera c), del trattato euratom, il consiglio, che delibera all'unanimità su proposta della commissione e previa consultazione del parlamento europeo, adotta le disposizioni necessarie all'attuazione della presente decisione, nonché quelle relative al controllo della riscossione, alla messa a disposizione della commissione e al versamento delle entrate di cui agli articoli 2 e 5.
