in realtà questa è una variazione del french toast che mi ha insegnato mia madre quando ero ragazzina, in modo avessi saputo cosa cucinare quando mi trovavo da sola a casa con mio fratello, allora bambino, e goloso quanto me. e’ veloce e gustoso e va bene per grandi e bambini affamati.mi piace prepararmelo quando torno la sera da un concerto con un po’ di fame o la mattina quando vado a letto tardi e non ho voglia di cucinare.

non mi piace usare la parola ”dio“ ma è molto più semplice e per molti anche più comprensibile che usare le parole come ”universo“, ”energia spaziale“, ”legge cosmica“, ”subcoscienza“, ovvero come la gente capisce quel ”dio“. insomma, il dio voleva ch’io facessi appunto quello che avevo fatto. magari proprio affinché io, comprando gli apparecchi, aiuti altra gente, e, contribuendo ai programmi ecologici aiuti almeno pochino il nostro pianeta.
