ii) visi 1 b punkto antrojoje ir trečiojoje įtraukose nurodytu tyrimu nustatyti gyvūnai skerdžiami ir visiškas sunaikinami, o embrionai ir kiaušialąstės - visiškai sunaikinami, išskyrus:
(ii) the killing and complete destruction of all animals, embryos and ova identified by the inquiry referred to in the second and third indents of point 1(b), with the exception of:

i) visi 1 dalies b punkto antrojoje ir trečiojoje įtraukose nurodytu tyrimu nustatyti gyvūnai skerdžiami ir visiškai sunaikinami, o embrionai ir kiaušialąstės visiškai sunaikinami; 3 punkte nustatytos sąlygos taikomos ūkiui;
(i) the killing and complete destruction of all animals, embryos and ova identified by the inquiry referred to in the second and third indents of point 1(b).

iii) valstybė narė gali nuspręsti neskersti ir nenaikinti gyvūnų, nustatytų 1 b punkto antrojoje ir trečiojoje įtraukose nurodytu tyrimu, kai sunku pakeisti avis žinomo genotipo avimis arba kai arr alelio dažnumas veislinėje bandoje arba ūkyje yra nedidelis, arba kai yra būtina siekiant išvengti įvaisos, arba remiantis pagrįstu visų epidemiologinių veiksnių įvertinimu.
(iii) a member state may decide not to kill and destroy the animals, identified by the inquiry referred to in the second and third indents of point 1(b) where it is difficult to obtain replacement ovine animals of a known genotype or where the frequency of the arr allele within the breed or holding is low, or where it is deemed necessary in order to avoid inbreeding, or based on a reasoned consideration of all the epidemiological factors.
