remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. if therefore thou shalt not watch, i will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour i will come upon thee.
ထိုကြောင့်၊ သင်သည်ခံယူ၍ နားထောင်ပြီးသည်အရာကို အောက်မေ့၍ စောင့်ရှောက်လော။ နောင်တရလော့။ စောင့်၍ မနေလျှင် သူခိုးကဲ့သို့ သင်ရှိရာသို့ ငါလာမည်။ လာမည့်အချိန်နာရီကိုလည်း သင်မသိရ။

but the day of the lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
သူခိုးသည် ညဉ့်အခါလာသကဲ့သို့၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏ နေ့ရက်သည် လာလိမ့်ည်။ ထိုနေ့၌ မိုဃ်း ကောင်းကင်သည် ကြီးစွာသောအသံနှင့်တကွ ပျောက် သွားလိမ့်မည်။ မြေကြီးကိုယ်မှစ၍၊ မြေကြီးပေါ်မှာ ပြုလုပ် သမျှသောအရာတို့သည် ကျွမ်းလောင်ကြလိမ့်မည်။
