to whom it may concern: this is an explanation regarding the incident that transpired during my 6pm-3am shift last april 12,2023 at about 3am. it was during my regular shift that i was asked to sort out money from 4 cassettes by my supervisor which i obligely did. i was able to finish sorting out money from 4 cassettes already but little did i know that accidentally, there was still money left inside the last cassette. i must've mislooked and assumed that i was already done with my work and hurried back home as it was already past my duty. i was only informed later on that i left some money inside the last cassette which they found intact and safe. i apologize for not being cautious and meticulous in handling money which i know you expected from me and i'm deeply sorry for all the inconvenience that this situation brought us. i am hoping for your very kind consideration with this regard. respectfully yours,
