das finale konturfräsen nutzt ein kleineres werkzeug, rohteilautomatisierung und eine trochoidale strategie um das restliche material in ecken und engen nuten zu entfernen.
the final contouring uses a smaller tool, stock automation and a trochoidal strategy to remove only the material remaining in corners and narrow slots.

ist der kunststoff soweit erstarrt, um entformt werden zu können, fahren die beiden werkzeughälften auseinander und das rohteil kann entnommen werden. im anschluß an diesen fertigungsschritt erfolgt zumeist eine weitere bearbeitung (z.b. durch cnc-konturfräsen).
once the plastic is rigid enough to be released from the mould, the two tool halves move apart and the unfinished part can be removed. there is usually a further processing step (e.g. cnc contour milling) following this manufacturing step.
