die form der uhr reflektiert die architektur des berühmten lokomotivschuppens und das ziffernblatt ist eine wahrheitsgetreue kopie der großen bahnhofsuhr, bei der es sich ihrerseits um eine nachbildung der uhr handelt, die gebaut wurde, als der bahnhof im 19. jahrhundert erstmals eröffnet wurde. bray fertigte die skizzen nach einer fotografie des original ziffernblatts an und erstellte das erste bearbeitungsprogramm unter verwendung der software haascam von onecnc. eine der herausforderungen bestand darin, die dreidimensionale filigranarbeit um das ziffernblatt herum maschinell zu bearbeiten.
the shape of the clock reflected the architecture of the famous engine shed and the dial was a faithful copy of the large clock in the station, which in turn is a replica of the clock made when the station was first opened in the 19th century. bray made the drawings from a photograph of the original clock dial and used haascam from onecnc to create the first program.
