wenn die benannte stelle entscheidet, dass die typenprüfbescheinigung nicht mehr gültig oder nicht angemessen und somit eine neue typprüfung erforderlich ist, muss sie ihre entscheidung begründen.
if the notified body considers the type examination certificate no longer remains valid or is not appropriate and that a new type examination is necessary, it shall justify its decision.
