كما يرجى تقديم بيانات ومعلومات عن مستويات التعليم والالتحاق بالتعليم الخاصة بالمرأة والفتيات القاطنات في المناطق الريفية والأقليات، بمن فيهن النساء اللائي ينتمين إلى المجتمعات البربرية واللائي لا يحملن الجنسية الليبية.

ولا بد من الإشارة إلى أن التمييز الدقيق لفرادى المقاتلين من أفريقيا جنوب الصحراء الكبرى عن المواطنين الليبيين أمر معقد في السياق الليبي بسبب عدم توثيق المواطنة، ومنح الجنسية الليبية الجديدة، ووجود ليبيين يشبهون إلى حد ما أفارقة من جنوب الصحراء الكبرى.

66 - السيدة العايب (الجماهيرية العربية الليبية): قالت إنه، بموجب القانون رقم 18 الصادر عام 1980 بشأن أحكام الجنسية، يحق لأبناء الرجل الليبي أو أبناء المرأة الليبية المتزوجة من غير ليبي أن يطلبوا الجنسية الليبية عند بلوغهم سن الرشد.
66. ms. elayeb (libyan arab jamahiriya) said that, under law no. 18 of 1980 on the provisions of the nationality law, the children of a libyan man or of a libyan woman married to a non-libyan could apply for libyan nationality upon reaching the age of majority.
