٢ - تقديـــم المساعـــدة والمشــورة التقنيـــة للدول لتيسير اشتراكهــا فــي عمليــة عقد المعاهدات المتعددة اﻷطراف*
of multilateral treaty-makingunder paragraph 3 of this section of the programme, states and international organizations were encouraged to provide assistance and technical advice to states, in particular to developing countries, to facilitate their participation in the process of multilateral treaty-making, including their adherence to and implementation of such multilateral treaties, in accordance with their national legal systems.
