Եւ նրանք որ կերան, մօտ հինգ հազար հոգի էին:

but pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:

Երկու աշակերտները նրանից լսեցին, ինչ որ խօսեց, եւ գնացին Յիսուսի յետեւից:
and the two disciples heard him speak, and they followed jesus.

«Դո՞ւ ես, որ գալու էիր, թէ՞ ուրիշին սպասենք»:
and said unto him, art thou he that should come, or do we look for another?

Արդ, գնացէ՛ք հրապարակները եւ ում որ գտնէք, կանչեցէ՛ք հարսանիքի»:
go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage.

Անմիտնե՛ր, չէ՞ որ նա, ով արտաքինը ստեղծեց, նաեւ ներքինը ստեղծեց:
ye fools, did not he that made that which is without make that which is within also?

Երբ տեղ հասաւ, ասաց նրանց. «Աղօթքի՛ կանգնեցէք, որ փորձութեան մէջ չընկնէք»:
and when he was at the place, he said unto them, pray that ye enter not into temptation.

«Որովհետեւ չկայ բարի ծառ, որ չար պտուղ տայ. եւ դարձեալ՝ չկայ չար ծառ, որ բարի պտուղ տայ.
for a good tree bringeth not forth corrupt fruit; neither doth a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
