to ensure observance of the guarantee thresholds a system of processing quotas is hereby instituted for the harvests of 1993 to 1997.

tagatiskünniste järgimise tagamiseks kohaldatakse 1995., 1996. ja 1997. aasta saakide suhtes tootmiskvootide süsteemi.
to ensure observance of the guarantee thresholds, a system of production quotas shall apply for the 1995, 1996 and 1997 harvests.
