renderointilaitos: laitos, jossa kuumennetaan ja käsitellään eläinten sivutuotteita, jotta ne eivät vaarantaisi eläinten tai ihmisten terveyttä.
rendering plant: an establishment which heats and processes animal by-products with the intention that they will not be a risk to either animal or human health.

toimivaltaisten viranomaisten on maksettava tämän asetuksen mukaisesti hävitettävistä tuotteista maksettavaksi kuuluva korvaus sen jälkeen, kun renderointilaitos on vastaanottanut tuotteet ja 4 artiklan 1 kohdan c alakohdan mukaiset tarkastukset on tehty.
the compensation for the products to be disposed of under this regulation shall be paid by the competent authorities after the reception of the products by the rendering plant and after controls in accordance with article 4(1)(c).

irlannin toimivaltaisten viranomaisten on maksettava tämän asetuksen mukaisesti hävitettävistä tuotteista maksettavaksi kuuluva korvaus sen jälkeen, kun renderointilaitos on vastaanottanut tuotteet ja 4 artiklan 1 kohdan c alakohdan mukaiset tarkastukset on tehty.
