er wordt een onderhoudsdossier opgesteld dat minstens de volgende informatie bevat:

beoordeling van de reikwijdte van de wijzigingen aan het onderhoudsdossier en voorgestelde vervangingen tijdens onderhoudswerkzaamheden;
assessment of the significance of changes for the maintenance file and proposed substitutions in the course of maintenance;

alle onderhoudswerkzaamheden moeten worden uitgevoerd in overeenstemming met het onderhoudsdossier dat van toepassing is op het rollend materieel.
all maintenance shall be undertaken in accordance with the maintenance file applicable to the rolling stock.

het onderhoudsdossier moet beheerd worden aan de hand van de processen die voorgeschreven zijn in het gecertificeerde veiligheidsbeheersysteem van de spoorwegonderneming.

in punt 4.2.8 „onderhoud: onderhoudsdossier” wordt de vijfde alinea geschrapt.
