예 언 을 멸 시 치 말
despise not prophesyings.

사 울 이 예 언 하 기 를 마 치 고 산 당 으 로 가 니
and when he had made an end of prophesying, he came to the high place.

폐 일 언 하 고 낮 은 자 가 높 은 자 에 게 복 빎 을 받 느 니
and without all contradiction the less is blessed of the better.

내 가 너 와 내 언 약 을 세 우 니 너 는 열 국 의 아 비 가 될 지
as for me, behold, my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations.

그 러 므 로 인 자 야 너 는 그 들 을 쳐 서 예 언 하 고 예 언 할 지 니
therefore prophesy against them, prophesy, o son of man.

저 첫 언 약 이 무 흠 하 였 더 면 둘 째 것 을 요 구 할 일 이 없 었 으 려 니
for if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second.

저 희 는 아 담 처 럼 언 약 을 어 기 고 거 기 서 내 게 패 역 을 행 하 였 느 니
but they like men have transgressed the covenant: there have they dealt treacherously against me.

저 는 자 의 다 리 는 힘 없 이 달 렸 나 니 미 련 한 자 의 입 의 잠 언 도 그 러 하 니
the legs of the lame are not equal: so is a parable in the mouth of fools.

이 말 씀 은 야 게 의 아 들 아 굴 의 잠 언 이 니 그 가 이 디 엘 과 우 갈 에 게 이 른 것 이 니
the words of agur the son of jakeh, even the prophecy: the man spake unto ithiel, even unto ithiel and ucal,

그 에 게 딸 넷 이 있 으 니 처 녀 로 예 언 하 는 자
and the same man had four daughters, virgins, which did prophesy.

나 의 말 이 주 께 서 언 제 나 나 를 안 위 하 시 겠 나 이 까 하 면 서 내 눈 이 주 의 말 씀 을 바 라 기 에 피 곤 하 니 이
consider how i love thy precepts: quicken me, o lord, according to thy lovingkindness.

이 언 약 은 여 호 와 께 서 우 리 열 조 와 세 우 신 것 이 아 니 요 오 늘 날 여 기 살 아 있 는 우 리 곧 우 리 와 세 우 신 것 이
the lord made not this covenant with our fathers, but with us, even us, who are all of us here alive this day.

그 들 은 너 희 에 게 거 짓 을 예 언 하 여 서 너 희 로 너 희 땅 에 서 멀 리 떠 나 게 하 며 또 나 로 너 희 를 몰 아 내 게 하 며 너 희 를 멸 하 게 하 느 니
for they prophesy a lie unto you, to remove you far from your land; and that i should drive you out, and ye should perish.

이 에 내 가 명 을 좇 아 대 언 하 니 대 언 할 때 에 소 리 가 나 고 움 직 이 더 니 이 뼈, 저 뼈 가 들 어 맞 아 서 뼈 들 이 서 로 연 락 하 더
so i prophesied as i was commanded: and as i prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone.

혹 이 그 것 을 사 울 에 게 고 하 매 사 울 이 다 른 사 자 들 을 보 내 었 더 니 그 들 도 예 언 을 한 고 로 사 울 이 세 번 째 다 시 사 자 들 을 보 내 었 더 니 그 들 도 예 언 을 한 지
and when it was told saul, he sent other messengers, and they prophesied likewise. and saul sent messengers again the third time, and they prophesied also.

이 에 은 총 이 라 하 는 막 대 기 를 취 하 여 잘 랐 으 니 이 는 모 든 백 성 과 세 운 언 약 을 폐 하 려 하 였 음 이
and i took my staff, even beauty, and cut it assunder, that i might break my covenant which i had made with all the people.
