incipe igitur et benedic domui servi tui ut sit in sempiternum coram te quia tu domine deus locutus es et benedictione tua benedicetur domus servi tui in sempiternu
therefore now let it please thee to bless the house of thy servant, that it may continue for ever before thee: for thou, o lord god, hast spoken it: and with thy blessing let the house of thy servant be blessed for ever.

respice de sanctuario tuo de excelso caelorum habitaculo et benedic populo tuo israhel et terrae quam dedisti nobis sicut iurasti patribus nostris terrae lacte et melle manant
